The fully equipped modern villa has beautiful gardens, furnished sun terraces, patios and covered naya with a 9m x 5m swimming pool and family bbq. There is also portable beach chairs and parasol. The villa provides wireless Internet access and full SKY television. The Villa and the peaceful location is perfect for families. It is located 40 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 20 minutes from San Javier [Murcia] airport.

Outside
The property is in an exclusive residential area comprising individual villas. The property measures 550m2. The garden is mainly laid to patio and includes borders with shrubs and flowers, free-standing plant pots and palm trees. The large pool (9m x 5m) has Roman steps and is approx 2 metres deep at the deepest point and just over 1 metre in the shallow end. Beside the pool there is a sundeck with several sun beds, an outside shower and 2 tables with chairs and parasols. There is a family sized BBQ. The covered naya on the ground floor has a large comfortable sofa and chair for relaxing in the shade. The villas close proximity to the beach ensures cooling sea breezes. Portable beach chairs and parasol are available to take to the beach. The pool and garden will be maintained weekly by our personal gardener/pool man. The villa has outside garden and pool lighting for al fresco summer evenings. There is a large open air terrace with table and chairs on the 1st floor with sea views.
Coast/Beach
2 Blue Flag, sandy beaches: Cala Capitan and Goleta (2 and 10 minutes walk respectively). Snorkling is popular at Cala Capitan beach with its abundance of sea life. The beach is gently shelving. A coastal path unites the two beaches with beautiful views of La Manga. Both beaches have beach bars, restaurants, lifeguards, toilets and sunbeds/parasols for hire. At Goleta there is a marina with yachts, boats and water sports for hire. Close to the marina are two restaurants with fantastic sea views.
Golf
There are at least 3 golf courses in the surroundings (within 10km area).
All three courses are 18 hole grounds located close to the coast.

Travel
"Urbanización Cabo Roig" is located on the road that joins Alicante with Cartagena. The AP-7 motorway is 3km away. There is also a bus stop at the entrance of the “Urbanización Cabo Roig”, servicing Torrevieja, but if you wish to travel further afield it is advisable to rent a car. The international airports of San Javier in Murcia and of Alicante are about 20 and 40 minutes far from the “urbanización” by car, respectively.
Distances
The Villa is 9km away from Torrevieja and just 2km from other residential towns such as “Dehesa de Campoamor” and "La Zenia", and 45 minutes and 1 hour distance by car from Murcia and Alicante cities, respectively.
Further details
Inside the “Urbanización Cabo Roig” there is a small supermarket that opens all year round, a little church, a marina, a sailing club, a few restaurants, and a leisure zone with tennis courts, a small football field, basketball, pools and children’s playground. During the summer there is also an open air movie theatre.
Around the area there are lots of leisure activities available, such as golf (3 golf courses in the surroundings), tennis, horse riding, fishing, and, of course, many water activities and sports (pedalo, banana boat, water skiing, jet ski, surfing, windsurfing, sailing…).
There are also shopping centres, movie theatres, bowling and many restaurants, bars, and discos around the area. Besides you can find, very close to the “urbanizacion”, all the services you could need, such as banks, a hospital, pharmacies, supermarkets, post office, etc.
It's privileged location means it is ideally situated for an all round great family holiday.

We love Cabo Roig because of its exclusivity and the fantastic facilities on your doorstep. The beaches are beautiful the marina and main street boast a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Alicante airport less than an hours drive away.
The property is just over a minutes walk from the fabulous Cala Capitan beach. It's an ideal base for a family who want their own private pool, local shops, night life and a stunning beach.
