We live in Co Derry N Ireland which is only a 3 hours flight from our apartment and these flight are all year round.

We bought this property in Costabella because it is only 35 mins from Malaga airport by car and 10 mins from Marbella yet it is located in quiet residential area. Good bus service in this area which means car hire is not essential.

Unique benefits of the property
One of the benefits is the close proximity to the fantastic beach(3 min walk) which allows for a leisurely stroll or a fast jog whatever your mood takes. Another benefit is the vast array of beachside restaurants and bars. Also the convenience of supermarket, coffee shops, atm machines etc. The apartment is one in a small gated complex which has a large shared pool and landscaped gardens.
