A lovely detached villa in quiet residential area situated on the eastern side of nerja. The villa has it´s own pool which is very private and not over looked with fantastic sea and town views from the terrace. The nearest beach is burriana and the town with all of it´s shops and restaurants are within easy reach.

There are approx 6 steps into the villa but once inside the villa is all on one level
Outside
The pool is set in the terrace to the front of the house and there are tables and chairs for alfresco eating, umbrellas to give shade and recliners for sunbathing on. The pool is approx 4x5 meters and is 1 meter rising to 1.5 meters in depth.
Coast/Beach
Burriana Beach which is Nerja´s most famous of beaches is the nearest and takes no more than 5 minutes by car. Nerja and surrounding towns and villages have a great selection of beaches to visit.
Golf
Baviera Golf course is approx 20kms, 20 minutes drive
Anoreta Golf course is approx 30 minutes drive away
Skiing
Skiing is available in the Sierra Nevada Granada and takes approx 1.5 hours. The slopes are open November to April
Travel
Malaga Airport 60 kms and takes approx 1 hour by car. A car is recommended although the house is on a bus route
Distances
Nerja town center is no more than 5 minutes drive and car parking is plentiful. Burriana Beach is no more than a 5 minute drive away. Nerja caves is approx 10 minute drive and the El Ingenio shopping center and water park 20 minutes drive. The white village of Frigilana is just a 10 minute drive and other local towns such as the historical town of Velez Malaga 20 minutes drive.
Further details
Nerja is a small town with lots of character. The town is made up of small windy streets all leading down to the Balcon de Europa which is the hub of the town especially on summer evenings when it comes alive with street entertainers. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and a selection of shops to browse.
