The large garden was once part of a centuries old olive grove and the terraced land affords privacy and plenty of places to relax in the sun or under the shade of the grapevine and Mediterranean fruit trees. There is even a large hammock for your afternoon siesta. The living space at Casa Ventura is a mix of calm and considered style. It combines simple, natural materials with original 60's furniture and contemporary artworks, together with beatiful views of the sea and mountains.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is mainly open-plan, light and airy with floor to ceiling windows in the living room, a wood burning fire and plenty of places to sit and admire the views. On the first level is the entrance leading to the dining/lounge area and kitchen. The living room is on the same level as the master bedroom, while the other 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor adjacent to the swimming pool. All bedrooms have sea and mountain views, and bathrooms with rain showers.
Accessibility
There are stairs from the gate down to the villa and stairs inside the villa, down to living space and bedrooms.
Outside
Peaceful, secluded gardens, patio, terraces and private pool (10m x 8m). Outside there are two covered terraces with tables and chairs for luncheon or dinner alfresco. The cellar is home to the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. You will also find the BBQ and a cupboard containing plastic glasses, plates and cutlery. There is a garage for one car and plenty of space to park alongside the property.
