Bright and sunny, new ground floor apartment situated on the peaceful, secure Las Ramblas Golf course with views over the 18 hole golf course to the sea beyond. We consider the apartment much more as a second home than a holiday apartment and, as such, it is furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 - double bed with en-suite facilities and terrace. Bedroom 2 - twin beds. Bedroom 3 - twin beds. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space - lot of wooden hangers - we know how annoying it is not to be able to hang up your clothes properly! |
| Bathrooms: | Main bathroom has full size bath, shower, wash basin, wc and bidet. En-suite shower room has large shower, wash basin and wc. Both rooms have large mirrors and have bright halogen lights. |
| Kitchen: | The American style kitchen is semi open plan and leads to a utlity area. All walls are marble and work surfaces are granite. We are sure you will find all the equipment you have at home - if not, tell us and we'll make sure it's there next time! |

All bedlinen and towels are provided (but please bring your own beach towels)and the apartment is prepared when you arrive. Subsequent cleans or changes of linen are possible and chargeable locally. |
Notes on accommodation
You don't have to enjoy golf to have a great time on Las Ramblas! Although if you do, there are also two other 18 hole courses next door...Villamartin and Real Campoamor.
It is a peaceful location, but well positioned for easy access to the numerous beautiful blue flag beaches of the area, fabulous restaurants, the Mar Menor and for visiting the fascinating towns of Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena and Elche.
Safe and quiet, suitable for young children, the apartment is 2 minutes walk from the shared pool.
Fully air conditioned and heated throughout.
Small, well-behaved pets may be considered. Smoking on terraces only, please.

Outside
There are two private terraces; a smaller terrace is accessed from the master bedroom (perfect for morning coffee or a late night drink) and the main terrace is accessed from the sitting room. The main terrace is south facing and warm all year round! There are dining facilities for 6 people, a shaded area, a sunbathing area and a real kettle BBQ - no cheating with gas! The terrace is planted with hibiscus, oleanders and bourgainvillea.
The shared feature pool is 2 minutes walk away and has rock features, a waterfall and a fountain. It is of gently graduating depth, so perfect for young children.
Coast/Beach
There are an enormous number of safe, blue flag beaches in the area - the nearest being 5 minutes by car.

Travel
A car is required for stays on Las Ramblas - distances to restaurants and beaches are not at all far, but Las Ramblas is a countryside location.
Nearest airport is Murcia (MJV)at 20 mins. Alicante (ALC) is 40 minutes drive.
Distances
The cities of Murcia ("Capital of Baroque"), Cartagena (with its amphitheatre and Roman remains), Elche (Europe's largest palm grove) and Alicante (with its ancient hilltop castle) are all within easy reach. Alicante is the furthest at 45 minutes. Alternatively, 15 minutes drive to the north will take you to the sea-front promenade at Torrevieja or 15 minutes to the south will take you to the typically Spanish towns bordering the Mar Menor...
