Nestling between the Sierra Almijara mountains and sea this well equipped and tastefully furnished villa is situated in a quiet leafy area but still close to the beach and all amenities. It offers spacious, airy accommodation and all you will need for a fantastic holiday. Several terraces (including roof terrace) are furnished with sunbeds, chairs and tables etc so that you can be sure of either sun or shade as you prefer. The villa has lovely sea views and is located on the very edge of the Parque Natural of the Sierras.

Changeover day
Saturdays only except by special arrangement. Villa available at 4.00pm on day of arrival and vacated please by 10.00am on departure. We offer a personal meet and greet service. Airport transfers and welcome pack can be arranged.

Nearest beach is about 1 mile away and is a beautiful sandy cove with a chiringuito bar/ restaurant.
There are many others catering for all tastes within a few minutes including Burriana beach.
2 small beaches very close by are accessible only on foot.
Golf
2 courses in the vicinity. Baviera is 15 minutes away and Anoreta 25 minutes.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada slopes just under 2 hours drive.
Travel
Villa is 45 minutes by motorway from Malaga airport and 1.5 hrs from Granada airport. Easyjet plus many of the national airlines and charters operate routes into Malaga and Ryanair fly to Granda from Stansted. Car hire is recommended but pick up can be arranged if needed.
Distances
This area nestles between the sea and mountains and the villa is situated on the outskirts of Maro, which is a sleepy Spanish white village with a handful of restaurant bars and supermarkets. Nerja town is around a 5 minute drive away with a multitude of pavement bars, restaurants and shops in its Moorish cobbled streets. The caves of Nerja are just a short walk away. Several pretty hill villages are close. The Alhambra Palace at Granada is around 1.5 hours. The new Picasso museum is at Malaga.

Villa is literally over the road from Parque Natural of the Sierra Almijara mountains with many interesting walks ranging from an afternoon stroll to a serious hike or climb and with complete solitude available within 15 minutes of setting out. The beautiful and dramatic scenery is best summed up by the fact that there are mountains taller than Ben Nevis within 6km of the villa !
Booking notes
25% deposit with booking form to confirm reservation, with balance required 8 weeks before departure. A £200 security deposit will be requested at the same time which will be refunded on return of the keys in the UK.
