Recently built (2002), luxury 2 double bedroom apartment with a large sunny terrace overlooking the beach. It also has a large swimming pool with a children's pool surrounded by lovely secluded gardens. The apartment is a 15 minute car or taxi journey from Malaga airport, it also has a bus route very close by. Shops and local ameneties are just a few minutes away. The apartment has total security and underground secure parking. The apartment sleeps 4 persons, but can sleep 6 as there is a sofa bed in the lounge. Torrequebrada Golf Course and casino are less then 5 minutes away. The apartment has air conditioning and heating.

Booking notes
There is a deposit of £100 for breakages and lost keys returnable on departure.
A deposit of 50% must be paid at the time of booking. The balance must be paid cash or cleared 2 months before arrival. Long let discounts are negotiable.
