Changeover day
Saturday is the changeover day with guests required to vacate the property by 10 am and allowed into the villa by 4pm,however we would consider other days subject to availability.

Living Rooms: TV and blu ray DVD player with surround sound and British TV through set top box. Wireless internet connection 3 seater sofa and 2 seater sofa. Dining room with 10 seat table and chairs.
Other: Downstairs bedroom with sofabed and wardrobe.

Towels and linen are included. The property is cleaned on changeover days but can be organised to suit customer requirements.

Coast/Beach
5 mins drive to nearest beach (25 min walk) or 10 mins to long stretch of beach north of Denia. There are 2 marinas in Denia within 5 mins drive. Main port offers daily routes to Ibiza!

Travel
Valencia airport to the north is 1 hour 20 mins away and Alicante airport is 1 hour 15 mins to the south,use of a car is recomended.

Distances
Denia town centre is approximately 1500 metres away with its historic castle numerous shops restaurants and bars.
