A luxurious apartment with a large terrace which has fantastic views of the Almerimar golf course and Sierra Nevada mountains (snow capped for about 6 months of the year). The new Almerimar Golf Clubhouse is directly opposite. A brilliant swimming pool in sunshine all day is within minutes. Centrally placed between the marina and golf course. The marina houses a host of bars and restaurants with many varied cuisines. A superb supermarket is just 2 minutes away and two unspoilt beaches are just 5 minutes walk away. This apartment is great for a relaxing holiday with everything close at hand. Almerimar is a lovely resort where everyone is friendly and welcoming. The apartment is in the superb Porto Fino residence which has been built to a very high standard and is in keeping with the style of the surroundings. When you walk into the apartment you will be amazed by the marble floors and quality of the furniture and fittings. Everything you need is provided. English Satellite TV included.

Location Information: The apartment is located opposite the Almerimar golf course and facing the new Almerimar Golf clubhouse. Two uncrowded sandy beaches are 5 minutes walk away. A well stocked, reasonably priced supermarket is 2 minutes walk away. A wide selection of bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. Everything you need is within easy reach. A water park, castle, aquarium and two other golf courses are within 30 minutes drive. The busy beach resorts of Roquestas de Mar and Aguadulce are less than 30 minutes drive. Sierra Nevada mountains are one and half hour's drive away (snow capped for several months of the year). Skiing takes place here during the winter months. The world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada is the same distance. Other top attractions in Costa Almeria are Mojacar Playa and Pueblo (a distinctive hill top town with clusters of whitewashed buildings and a maze of winding narrow streets), Cabo de Gata National Park and Almeria (with it's Alcazaba castle & Cathedral). A bit further away are the coastal resorts of Garrucha and Vera. Costa Almeria is the location for Europe's only desert. Near the desert town of Tabernas you can visit the wild west theme parks of Mini Hollywood and Texas Hollywood. Enjoy some 'high noon' style shoot-outs, can-can shows and various cowboy antics amid the remnants of the movie sets left behind by the makers of hundreds of spaghetti westerns. Double door saloons and hangmen's gallows are a curious sight in 21st century Spain! A Fistful of Dollars, The Good the Bad and the Ugly and part of Lawrence of Arabia were filmed here in these so-called 'tierras malas' (badlands) of Almeria.
