Cortijo Maund is suitable for one or two couples looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. It has two double bedrooms and a plunge pool, and is situated in the hills above Torrox village. It stands in 2 acres of fruit trees, and has recently been refurbished. It has wonderful sea and mountain views. There is a large patio and BBQ. A peaceful setting for a relaxing holiday. Also plenty of wonderful places to visit and things to do along the coast and travelling inland to the 'Real Spain' i.e. The White Spanish Villages, Granada, Gibraltar to name just a few. The autumn and Winter sun can also be warming, with temperatures in the low 20's. Telephone for a late booking discount now!

Notes on accommodation
Not really suitable for small children. Adults preferred or teenager's if accompanied by parents. 2 acres of olive trees set on terraces. Large shingled area for easy parking. Air conditioning/ warm air heating provided for your use. The 3.4m pool is 1m deep. Not suitable for use during winter months.
Accessibility
Although situated in a very hilly area, once there the living accommodation and car parking area is all on one level. Not suitable for wheelchair access into the villa.
Outside
Large patio with barbecue and outdoor fridge for your use. 3.4m plunge pool. Patio furniture also supplied.
Coast/Beach
Approx 15 minutes drive to local beaches in Torrox Costa and many other beautiful secluded beaches easily accessible along the lovely coastline. Ideal for families golden sandy beaches.
Golf
Baviera Golf just 25 minutes from villa.
Skiing
Skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains near Granada just 1 and half hours from villa.

Ideal for those interested in the 'Real Spain.
Stunning views, ideal for photography, walking, cycling, quad-biking, off road motor bikes, bird watching.
Snorkeling and diving also a short distance along the coast at La Herradura and Nerja. Theme and Water Parks within 30 - 60 minutes along the coast. Granada is just 90 minutes drive, and Gibraltar 2.5 hrs.
Travel
Malaga Airport just 45 minutes from villa.
Airport transfers can be arranged, although a vehicle is necessary to get to amenities/shops etc in the village and the coast.
Distances
Village of Torrox Pueblo just 10 minutes drive from villa.
Nerja Caves, famous in the area are only 20 minutes away.
Many local Spanish markets held along the coast for buying pottery, leather goods and wonderful fruit & vegetables.
