Notes on accommodation
There is marble flooring, air conditioning/heating throughout. Situated on the 2nd floor, the apartment is accessed via lift or stairs through a secure gate.
The apartment is newly furnished with a modern theme, it has its own secure underground parking accessed through electric gates. For added security and piece of mind the apartment has a safe. Pets only on request.

2 large balcony areas complete with patio furniture and sun shades. Lower balcony: wooden furniture with seating/tables for 6. Upper Balcony: 2 sun loungers and seating, tables and parasol for 6. 4 additional sun loungers available. Large shared pool with life guard on duty in high season. Gardens. Car park/private garage.

Sea and beach views, less than 3 minutes walk/100 metres to beach and sea.
Golf
Torrequebrada golf course 18 holes Par 70 Ctra de Cadiz 220km. Benalmadena Costa, 12km from Malaga airport, approx 2km from apartment.

Numerous other golf courses all within easy reach.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada ski resort is a 2hour drive and can be reached by coach.
Travel
20 minutes from Malaga airport. Car hire is not essential, but can be a very inexpensive way of travelling if intending on exploring the Costa del Sol or playing golf on the large number of courses in the area. Taxi costs are between 20 - 30 euros for a one way trip from the airport to the apartment (agree a price with the taxi driver first).
Further details
Benalmadena town with the marina, restaurants, bars and shops is a short walk away. Bus Stop/Taxi rank are located opposite. Supermarket with cash point is located next door. Internet access is available opposite at the Sunset Beach Club Hotel.
Booking notes
20% non refundable deposit will secure a booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. On receiving your deposit we will post a receipt confirming your booking and detailing further information. All required apartment information will be sent with your receipt for the full balance (8 weeks before your stay) and the keys will be posted 2 to 3 weeks before your stay.
