All the accommodation is provided on one level: the light, modern interior has a spacious semi-circular lounge, separate dining area and modern fully equipped kitchen. The air-conditioning circulates cool air throughout the villa which is furnished to a high standard with all the latest entertainment systems. The terrace and large kidney shaped pool are south facing and ideally positioned for maximum sun. The villa has expansive and established gardens with a covered naya, BBQ area and a solarium with breathtaking sea views. The villa is adjacent to the nature reserve with its lighthouse and cliffs overlooking the sea. Several restaurants, a supermarket with bakery and tennis courts are within minutes walk of the villa.The Arenal beach and Javea port / town are 5 minutes by car.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday during the Summer season but is flexible at other timers. The villa is available on arrival from 5pm and should be vacated by 10am on departure, however these times are flexible depending upon other bookings.
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom has king size bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 have twin beds. All have bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, inset double wardrobes and a window overlooking the garden and grounds. |
| Bathrooms: | Both the luxury bathrooms (one en-suite to the master bedroom) have baths with overhead showers, twin basins, bidet, toilet and large mirrors and lights. |
| Kitchen: | The modern, fully equipped kitchen has a 4 ring stove, oven, grill, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine and a comprehensive range of utensils and equipment for cooking. |
| Living Rooms: | The light, modern living space comprises of a spacious semi-circular lounge with marble floors, high-beamed ceilings and feature arched windows. It is equipped with the latest widescreen TV with cable showing your favourite programmes and DVD /CD. |

Full clean immediately prior to your stay and includes all bed and bath linen (changed weekly) all gas, water and electicity. Air conditioning and the gas during the winter period (November to March) are charged seperately at cost. |
Notes on accommodation
Cots and high chairs are available to hire on request.
The air-conditioning / de-humidifier circulates throughout the villa, providing cool comfort during the hot summer.
The villa also has fully double glazed windows, gas central heating throughout and a stone fireplace with fan assisted wood burner for the cooler months which makes it an ideal winter let.
Outside
With around 320 days of sun throughout the year, our south facing villa has been positioned to ensure maximum 'dawn to dusk' sun on the pool and terrace. There are outside tables and chairs under a covered naya for ‘al fresco’ dining and ample garden furniture including sun loungers and parasols. It is an ideal environment to relax and sip cool drinks and, at the end of a perfect day, watch the sun set over the shimmering sea. The villa is set in a quarter of an acre plot and the garden has been extensively landscaped for your privacy and enjoyment. It has substantial planting all the way round with a range of colourful Mediterranean flowering shrubs as well as a number of individual specimen plants and trees. The villa is situated on a corner plot and is particularly suitable for family groups as the grounds are totally enclosed.
Coast/Beach
The sought-after area of Cap de la Nao is a local beauty spot. As guests at our villa you will have panoramic views of this magnificent scenery and access to spectacular walks and secluded beaches - attractions that other holidaymakers make a special journey for. Within a few minutes walk are excellent restaurants, bars, tennis courts and a large supermarket with its own bakery offering warm, freshly baked bread.The Arenal and Javea port / town are 5 minutes by car.
Golf
The Costa Blanca has many renowned golf courses of which 5 are less than half an hours drive away. Javea itself has 2–the internationally renowned 18-hole course at La Sella and a local 9-hole course which is more difficult than it looks and has superb views of the 'landmark' Montgo mountain. There are further 9-hole courses at Moraira and Altea and a new 18-hole Seve Ballesteros designed course at Oliva.
There are also very good courses at Valencia and Alicante, in particular the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler, for those who don’t mind a drive before a round.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are 90 km's away from the villa which is about an hours drive. Although a car is desirable it is not essensial when stayting at the villa as transport to and from the airport can be arranged at reasonable cost and public transport is available to the Arenal beach and Javea port / town together with all the local attractions.
Distances
There is plenty for the kids to do should they get bored with the swimming pool and beaches. Less than 30 minutes away there are many attractions for all ages including a Safari Park, 'Mundomar' an Animal Water Park, 'Aqualandia' a theme Swimming Park and 'Terra Mitica' a large Fun Park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.

Javea has it all : sandy beaches, great restaurants and bars, authentic Spanish culture, a lovely old town, a bustling port - altogether a place you will want to return to year after year. Bathed by the Mediterranean sea and sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo, it is no wonder that the World Health Organization selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity.
This beautifully maintained villa is privately owned with all accommodation, terrace and pool on one level for that perfect family holiday. We have paid careful attention to all aspects of our villa. The overall feel is of a modern light and airy luxury holiday home but it has been furnished and equipped to a high standard as if it was our main residence. It is not looked after by rental agents- we personally manage the maintenance of the accommodation, pool and grounds to our own high standard and can be on site at short notice should the need arise. As our guests you will receive that personal touch which will make your stay that much more enjoyable and relaxing.

25% deposit required at time of booking with the balance paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental period together with a £250 refundable security deposit.
