Casa Torre is a beautiful rural villa that enjoys magnificent views down the Sayalonga Valley to the sea and is bordered by the dramatic Sierra Almijara mountains behind the house. It has been recently been renovated to a very high standard. Surrounded by lovely landscaped, secluded gardens with tumbling bougainvillea and jasmine, it has a heated private swimming pool and a pretty pergola for “al fresco” dining. The interior of Casa Torre features an eclectic blend of Oriental and Moroccan influences, with elegant Thai and Chinese fabrics, Vietnamese artwork and many interesting objects d’art collected by the Hong Kong-based owner. Three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms (including guesthouse) make the house ideal for groups of up to seven guests (there is a roll away bed). The large terracotta-tiled terrace is decorated with colourful flower pots, lawns, a Moorish style fountain and a lovely rose arch that leads to the self-contained guest house.

Location Information: Casa Torre is nestled in the hills between the beautiful white villages of Competa and Canillas de Albaida in Andalucia, about 20 km from coast. The old villages have lot of lovely old Bodegas and interesting shops to browse, not to mention the popular weekly market in Competa.Casa Torre was extensively renovated in early 2011 and now offers a beautifully decorated, rustic stlye home with all modern amenities. The views from the house look over vineyards, olive and lemon groves downto the Mediterranean.
