Changeover day
All bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.
Villa ready for entry from 3.00pm, and to be vacated by no later than 10.00am on your day of departure, to allow for the villa to be cleaned and prepared for the arrival of the next guests.

Outside
Outside there is an 8 x 4 pool for the exclusive use of our guests, a large patio and large covered terrace looking out towards Orba Castle and the lush mountains of the Val De La Guart, as well as sun loungers, parasols, garden chairs and tables.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is a 20 minute drive away at Denia. Other beaches at Oliva, Gandia, Javea, and Calpe are all only a 30 minute drive away.
Golf
There are a number of good quality golf courses within a 30 minute drive of Orba, which includes those at Oliva, La Sella and Javea.
Special interest holidays
From September to June guided walking is available, our mountains offer fantastic walking,easy or strenuous, on moorish paths and tracks with ever changing panoramic views.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are both only just over an hour's drive away along the AP7 motorway.
Car hire is essential.
Distances
The towns of Denia, Javea, Moraira and Calpe with their many shops, restaurants and bars are all within a 30 minute drive. Each town also has its own local weekly market/rastro. Benidorm, with it many attractions, including the Theme Park Terra Mitica, the Water Park Aqualandia, live Marine Shows at Mundomar, and plenty of nightlife, including Benidorm Palace, is a 50 minute drive away.

The villa is situated on the edge of the village of Orba, only five minutes' walk from all the facilities which include, three supermarkets, several banks, restaurants, bars, petrol station, and various gift shops.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £200 to secure your booking with the balance payable within eight weeks' of your arrival.
We also require a £200 security deposit payable with the balance, which will be returned to you upon receipt of the keys and a report of no damage or loss to the property.
