We have finished our very luxury villa Flor at Urbanisation Las Laderas in Javea at December 2007. Our villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bathrooms are en-suite. The plot of 1100 m2 is flat, has a big terrace with 8 beds, a jeu de boules court and a swimming pool of 10x5m. The distance to the beach is 3500m and to the golf resort of Javea 1000m. To have a 100% idea how our villa is. We have German, French and Dutch satellite tv with Olympic games and Euro 2012 football.

Our swimming pool is controlled by a computer, so no chlorine is required. This is safe for eyes, skin and clothes.
