The Attic is located in the top floor, only flat in that level, with elevator. Building is a classical one (with doorman), in a good general condition.
Outside
There’s a sunny 30m2 terrace just out the dinning room, with fantastic views to downtown, Arc de Triumf, and the rest of the city.
The building is 1 min walking from most of the restaurants, discos bars and terraces of the Borne and Gothic area, 4 blocks away from Plaza Catalunya (heart of town)
Also close to “Barceloneta” beach (most famous and touristic in town), and only 2min walking to “Las Ramblas”, Cathedral, City Hall, Picasso Museum, Palau de la Música, etc.

It is close to “Barceloneta” beach (most famous and touristic in town), few minutes walking (10 or 15 minutes, proximately).
Golf
The building is near of the main Metro Station. From there, you can reach another important points in the city.
Travel
There´s a metro station right in front (“Arc de Triumf”, red line), from where you can reach any other hot spot in town (Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell, Forum, FIRA, Sants Station, etc). There are also available plenty of other metros and buses combinations in the area.
Estacion del Nord (buses coming from Girona Airport -Ryanair-) is 250mts away.

About the owner
Hi, we're a middle aged couple (39 and 35). Cristina's pure Catalan. Felipe´s half Argentinian. We've lived in Barcelona for long. Have many friends, love outdoors and travelling. We're also beach lovers, that must be one of the reason to live here. If you come and visit us, we'll do our bests for you to enjoy it. Welcome!
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
One of the reasons is the location. Because it is a centric and safe area. Right in front of Arc de Triomf. One of the most beautiful part of Barcelona. Also near El Borne, Las Ramblas, and Barceloneta beach.
The other reason, is the Attic itself. I love the views and the sun!
Unique benefits of the property
Similar to previous info. It is not easy in Barcelona to find a safe, sunny. and nice Attic with elevator. Because the most part of the buildings near "Casco Antiguo" are olds ones. And have not elevator.
