If pool heating is requested extra charge of £70 per week.
Changeover day
Main change over day is Saturday but can be flexible.
On day of departure need to leave by 10.00am.

Notes on accommodation
This is new fully airconditioned 5 bedroomed villa with a private 10m x 5m heated pool and outside shower. The villa has a flat screen Sky TV but you need to take your sky card with you. If not you will recieve only free channels. There are more photographs available if click on more photo's. Floor plans can be supplied on request as some photographs of the area of where villa is situated. The villa is execellent for families with children. We can hire Cots and High chairs etc at a small cost.
Outside
Private 10m x 5m heated swimming pool with lighting and outside shower with hot and cold. Large terraced area round the pool with a brick barbeque area. Patio furniture with parasol. Also large gravel area which is ideal for outside games. All around you look you have lovely mountain views.
Coast/Beach
10/15 mins drive to beaches at Las Marinas and 15 mins to Port Denia, where lot of shops, cafe bars, restaurants and lots of history with Denia Castle and fantastic views, especially nice in evening. Javea and Moraira is 20 mins drive with nice beach and bars.
Golf
La Sella golf course 5 mins drive away, Javea golf course 15 mins drive away.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are approximately one hour to the Villa. Very easy to get to.
Distances
Pedreguer is 15 mins walk to shops and supermarkets. Alcalali is 10 min drive to some really nice resturants that are very reasonabley priced. Main town to Denia is 10mins drive where you have really nice shops, restaurants, bars, banks beaches and port facilities to Balearic Islands. Javea is 15 mins to beaches bars and restaurants.
Booking notes
Please contact owner for availability, bookings are 10% deposit at time of booking and payment in full 10 weeks before. A £150.00 refundable deposit is required before your departure and is returned when owners have safe return of keys.
