Lovely quiet modern Spanish town house with large sunny patio in the beautiful village of Begur, just a few minutes drive from the pretty local beaches of the Costa Brava such as Ll Franc and Sa Tuna. The property can sleep 6 and briefly comprises of a large bright open plan lounge & diner, large sunny patio, kitchen, utility room, additional downstairs WC, 2 doubles, 1 twin (and 1 occasional single), a modern wet room/showerroom with wc. The property has been furnished with all modern conveniences: dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, UK Sky TV, DVD player and Ipod/Iphone player and family board games. The large patio area is perfect for family dining or entertaining, sunbathing, relaxing with a good book or cooling off in the outdoor shower! The property has a driveway for parking plus additional parking in the cul-de-sac and is an easy walk/stroll to Begur. This property has easy access to Girona (30 Min), Barcelona (1hr 30 Min) and Perpignan/France (1 hour

Notes on prices

We offer weekend or short stay breaks so do get in touch for prices of stays for less than one week. A flat refundable bond of €350 or £350 is due at time of booking to secure the dates and secure against damage/breakages during your time at the property. This is refundable on check-out of the property. Rental payment is payable in Euros only via bank transfer at least 8 weeks before rental begins. Receipts and confirmation letters are provided for all payments. Changeover days can be flexible to some degree. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Bedrooms: The house can sleep 6. However, there is one further room and an occasional single daybed/ futon can be provided at an additional charge. Therefore the house could sleep 7. This room leads out on to a small front terrace. Each room has fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. Bedding is included in the rental rate as are towels. You need to supply your own beach towels.

We do update the website with bookings, but always worth checking to see what we might be able to arrange. We provide bedding and towels but you will need to supply your own beach towels. We also have a cot.

Location Information: The charming medieval village of Begur is nestled on a hilltop surrounded by pine trees in the heart of the Costa Brava. The beautiful coastline of the peninsular is just minutes away with other local villages and towns such as Pals and Palafrugell a short easy drive. There is lots to see and do in this area whether you are interested in walking, sightseeing, water sports or just relaxing on one of the many beautiful coves! The area has been featured in a number of magazine articles including The Sunday Times magazine. Begur is the perfect base for visiting some of the other lovely villages and towns in the region. For instance, the elegant city of Girona is just 30 minutes by car, Barcelona 1hr and 30 Min and France (Perpignon) 1 hour.
