Just outside the bustle of the well known Nerja town, relax in this secluded private residence. The front terrace has great sea views. The large terrace at the back of the villa is a suntrap from morning to evening and is perfect for dining, where you can also take advantage of the BBQ. The pool is conveniently situated on the back terrace which is great for cooling off. The mountain views are visible for miles to the rear. Television in English/German, DVD player, CD player and pay as you go Wifi available.

Changeover day
All rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals from 2pm onwards. Departures by 11am to allow for cleaning and changeover.

Outside
The property has gates leading onto a private driveway and a garage. The grounds include gardens, front side and rear patio/terraces (largest 60ft/24ft), with a secluded swimming pool (24ft/12ft) at the rear of the property. There is a large built-in BBQ suitable for large parties and plenty of outdoor furniture for dining, including furniture for sunbathing and totally private.
Coast/Beach
The popular Burriana Beach is 5 mins by car. The beach hosts many popular restaurants offering fresh fish and paella, with AYO restaurant famous for its Paella! There are also bars and shops on the promenade.
Golf
There are lots of fantastic golf courses in the area, approximately 20 mins to 40 mins by car. Please ask for more details.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada in the Granada mountain range is a fantastic resort for beginner/intermediate skiers, which has hosted the winter Olympic games, it is only an hour and 20 mins drive to the resort, which offers very reasonable rates for skiing. In the summer Sierra Nevada offers horse riding and many other activities to enjoy. Please ask for more details.
Travel
Malaga Airport is a 40 min transfer to the villa and is a very easy drive, straight through on the Autovia (Motorway).
Distances
Ten minutes in the car to the historic mountain village - Frgiliana. Five minutes in the car to Burriana Beach. Two minutes by car to local supermarket.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We as a family have been holidaying in Nerja for the last 25 years. We have owned the villa for six years and love the views, the private terrace, salt water pool and its only twenty minutes walk into town. Its a lovely holiday home and only a couple of hours on the plane and so easy to reach from the airport!
