Accommodation has ceiling fans. Cot and highchair can be hired additionally - please state this on your email. Pets not accepted. Non smoking. The two levels of the property are independent from one another (you can let only top level at reduced rates). Free Wi-fi.

The swimming pool is private with stunning views over the valley (7 metres x 4 metres). There is a separate child's pool next to the pool. On the terrace, there is a dining table with 6 chairs, in the garden there is a six-seater table and 6 white chairs, 3 lounger chairs, 3 sun umbrellas, one wooden garden table and 4 garden chairs, located under a tree, overlooking the valley. There is ample parking space.

An award winning beach is a 10 minute drive through the orange groves.
Golf
Oliva Nova golf course is a 20 minute drive.
Travel
Nearest airport is Valencia (45 minute drive) and Alicante is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Nearest town is Gandia, a 10 minute drive. Various villages scattered around with many good restaurants within short driving distance, one restaurant a 5 minute walk. A great area for walking, shopping and beach visits!

About the owner
We have two young children aged 8 and 4. We have owned the property since our son was a toddler which is why we made sure the villa is safe for young children with plenty of space to run around. There is also plenty of shade. The villa is only a 10 minute drive from an award winning beach but sometimes we just spend all of our time by the pool! We now live in Gibraltar but travel to our villa whenever possible.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We love the Valencia area. Gandia town is very Spanish and beautiful, the shopping is great and the beaches are very clean. Valencia city also has a lot to offer and is only a 40 minute drive away. The beach is only 10 minute drive from the villa.
Unique benefits of the property
The garden has plenty of shade and areas for children to play, with optional railings around the swimming pool. There are great views across the orange groves and the property is very secure. There is a small apartment which is separate from the main villa which is great if there are more than one family staying.
