Prices are based on weekly rentals, stated in UK Pounds.
Also available for off-peak rental. Rates available on request from owner. In Low Season - option of renting 4 rooms at a reduced rate.

Normally Saturday, but we can be flexible outside of high season.

The two levels of the property are independent from one another (you can let only top level at reduced rates).

Outside
The swimming pool is private with stunning views over the valley. There is a separate child's pool next to the pool. On the terrace, there is a dining table with 6 chairs, in the garden there is a six-seater table and 6 white chairs, 3 lounger chairs, 3 sun umbrellas, one wooden garden table and 4 garden chairs, located under a tree, overlooking the valley. There is ample parking space.
Coast/Beach
An award winning beach is a 10 minute drive through the orange groves.
Golf
Oliva Nova golf course is a 20 minute drive.
Travel
Nearest airport is Valencia (45 minute drive) and Alicante is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Nearest town is Gandia, a 10 minute drive. Various villages scattered around with many good restaurants within short driving distance, one restaurant a 5 minute walk. A great area for walking, shopping and beach visits!
Terra Mitica theme park approx. 50 miles away
