Saturday is the preferred changeover day & the villa must be vacated by 11am.

About the owner
My wife & I live in England, we bought our Spanish Villa in 2004 & have enjoyed many holidays there since. We chose to purchase in Calpe because of the amenities in the town, with its excellent restaurants & shops, the excellent beaches & promenades. Our villa is on an elevated site with far reaching views to the mountains, the terrace is south westerly facing in full sun all day & evening.
