Located in a modern secure gated complex there is a car port which adjoins the front entrance to the property. On entering the apartment there is a very large & spacious open plan kitchen & lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with all white goods, cutlery & crockery, (including oven, hob, microwave oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, etc). The lounge area has a double sofa bed so there is the ability to accommodate up to 4 persons. A DVD, CD/ radio & satellite TV, (with all main British channels), is also provided. The lounge incorporates a small dining area, (dining table and 4 chairs). Patio doors lead out on to the large spacious rear terrace, (with patio table, parasol, 4 chairs and 2 reclining chairs). The terrace leads directly on to the one of the 4 swimming pools you have access to. The generously spacious main bedroom has ample storage space with an en-suite bathroom that comes complete with modern power shower, wash hand basin, toilet & bidet. In addition to the Lidl supermarket, a Carrefour has also opened within 5 minutes walking distance of the apartment, beside the popular go-karting track. The thriving & busy coastal town of Torrevieja is only 10 minutes away by car. This town, which is one of the fastest growing on the Costa Blanca, has the largest street market in Southern Spain, held every Friday. Amenities include a marina, shops, cafes, bistros, restaurants, bars, English cinema & a beautiful church square. There is also an English cinema located to the South of Playa Flamenca, at Torre de la Horadada. In addition a bus service runs every Saturday night from the Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre to the world renowned ‘Pacha’ nightclub on the outskirts of Torrevieja. The salt lakes of Torrevieja are the largest in Europe, (second in the world only to the Dead Sea in Israel). The whole area boasts 300 days of sunshine a year, (only 30 days of rain), with average winter temperatures reaching 18C. Festivals, (or fiestas), are also held throughout the area in almost every month of the year. The Mar Menor to the South has a natural lagoon, (with the warmest waters in Spain), so is ideal for watersports. If you want to get away from it all driving west of Playa Flamenca will take you to pine clad hillsides, rich citrus orchards and olive and almond groves.
Patio doors also lead out to the terrace from the generously spacious main bedroom. There is ample storage space with a 3 door fitted wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and a 3 drawer chest of drawers. An iron and iron board is also provided. Bed linen is also provided.
Bedroom 1 : 2 Single Bed, 1 Cot, 1 Sofa bed/Futon, Cots are available on request.
The en-suite bathroom comes complete with modern power shower over bath, wash hand basin, toilet and bidet. Towels are also provided.

Cots, high chairs and other nursery items can also be supplied for hire, (please check when booking).The apartment is well located for the well established international airports of Murcia, (30 minutes by taxi), & Alicante, (45 minutes by taxi). Numerous low-cost airlines fly to both airports from many regional departure points throughout the UK. A taxi transfer will cost approximately 45E from Alicante and 35E from Murcia each way. Transfers can be arranged on request. A welcome pack can also be made available for your arrival at a small additional cost, (15E), in the event that your flight arrival time is later in the day. An appointed representative will also be made available to meet you at the apartment on the day of your arrival to welcome and check you in. As a ground floor apartment disabled travellers are most welcome. A deposit of E100 is payable on collection and issue of keys at apartment, being refunded on departure, (assuming no damages identified).

Location Information: The complex is situated directly opposite a Lidl supermarket and is also only 5 minutes from the modern and popular Playa Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre. This Centre includes supermarkets, banks, shops, bars, discos and restaurants of every description. Beautiful golden sand blue flag beaches are nearby at Playa Flamenca beach, (500m), Punta Prima, La Zenia and Cabo Roig. There is also as a good bus service, (every 30 minutes), linking the area with all the main coastal areas such as Torrevieja and Alicante to the North, and Cartagena and the Mar Menor to the South. A Maritime Walk, which starts in nearby Punta Prima, runs right along the spectacular peninsular coastline to Cabo Roig. For families there are 2 water parks in the vicinity of Torrevieja, in addition to the Terramitica theme park in Benidorm being only 1 hour’s drive away. The golfer is also well catered for with the internationally renowned 18 hole courses Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor being located nearby. "Ecellent Location for Beach Holiday"
The web page describes the property perfectly and it was very close to pool. The secured back garden was very peaceful and private. Clean and a wide range of holiday needs covered ie iron, cooking utensils, dvd, tv, even candles!! After initial introduction holiday was left to be enjoyed and if any problems Jim and Margaret more than helpful. Certainly would highly recommend this as a perfect location for one without car- goods eating and food shopping right on doorstep with beach within 5min walk, banks also. In particular Surfers Bar is very clean well run and fantastic staff to make you feel good.Menu good with freshly made food - good for families during day and brillant atmosphere at night. This is within 5rmin walk. Lovely clean beaches and lots of walks with local bus convenient. Thanks to all for making my holiday one that made me sad to leave and keen to return!! Many Thanks --

"Great place to explore from."
We loved our stay at this apartment. Light and airy. All those things you pack for a self catering holiday are provided. Towels, Tea towels. Even the washing up liquid! Grocery shopping on the door step. Lidl served our needs for fresh milk etc. The ground are very well kept. Pools are very clean. Bit cold but it was October! Must be heaven in the summer. Loved the private garden. Nicely shaded by a variety of trees. Lovely when relaxing with a book. Great security. We hired a car and it was so nice to park directly outside the front door. The only negative I can think of (from the older generation's point of view) was: The low couch, Oh my knees! Would we stay here again? Yes, definitely.

"Lovely complex - Great location"
We only stayed in the apartment for 3 nights but thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment is great and in a brilliant location for various pubs, restaurants and shops. The pool area is lovely and very safe/secure. I would recommend this apartment to all ages.

"Recommend this apartment"
Excellent. The apartment was as described and the site well maintained with several pools. Within a few minutes walk there is a great selection for shops, restaurants with entertainment. Supermarkets nearby and good local bus service or 20 - 30 stroll to good beaches. Both Ian (owner) and Sharon (site agent) very helpful.
