Las Terrazas is an outstanding, architect-designed villa built (2010) in a traditional style around a central Andalucian Patio, which enjoys stunning sea views. Furnished by interior designers and featuring lighting and furniture from Morocco, the villa, which is the second home of the owners, is furnished and equipped to a very high standard far surpassing that normally found in holiday rental properties. There is air-conditioning throughout as well as under-floor heating for the cooler months. Features include a double height lounge with open fireplace and galleried library; master bedroom suite with private solarium and jacuzzi; four further bedrooms, three of which have ensuite shower rooms and separate dressing rooms; a cinema room; well-equipped gym & sauna. There is also free WIFI, a mini-grand piano, pool table and table tennis table. The terraced, landscaped gardens feature a large (14m x 11m max) heated salt-water swimming pool and a gazebo with superb gas BBQ.

Notes on prices
The above prices are based on a maximum of 8 persons sharing. There is a supplement of £100 per week for each person over 8 (up to 10 maximum). There is an additional charge of £150 per week if pool heating is required. The rental includes bed linen and towels (changed weekly and including pool towels) reasonable use of electricity and 5 hours cleaning per week. A deposit against damages of £500 is required for each booking. This will be returned within 2 weeks of departure provided there is no loss or damage to the property. To make a reservation a 25% deposit is required with the balance being payable no later than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or PayPal (2.5% surcharge applies). N.B. Dates spanning Easter, Christmas and New Year are charged at High Season rate.
| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom occupies the whole of the first floor and includes a large dressing area, ensuite shower room and private solarium with jacuzzi. It has a high vaulted, beamed ceiling with chandelier and matching wall lights and full length glass doors with Juliet balcony offering magnificent sea views. The other four bedrooms are on the basement level. Two have patio doors opening onto a separate furnished terrace. Three have furnished dressing areas (furniture hand made in Bali) and beautifully tiled ensuites (double sinks, WC, bidet). The fourth has use of a separate large shower room (separate so it can be used when the gym or cinema room are in use). There is a sofa bed in the cinema room but the maximum occupancy is 10. There is air-conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and underfloor heating in the master bedroom and all bathrooms (except one). All beds have quality mattresses and bedding. | Bathrooms: | All bathrooms are spacious and beautifully tiled with Trevatino tiles in the master ensuite. They all have double sinks with mirror over and fitted cabinets below, WC and bidet. Bathroom 3 has a bath with shower over. All the others have large walk in tiled showers with quality glass screens. All bathrooms except bathroom 2 have underfloor heating. There is a heated towel rail in the master bathroom. There is a 2 person hot tub spa on the solarium opposite the master bedroom ensuite which has moto-massage jets. Notes on accommodation
There is a furnished covered terrace off the lounge (with fountain) providing comfortable seating for up to 8 and a dining terrace with electric sun canopy. This overlooks the large, heated, salt-water pool (14m x 11m max). The pool area can be gated off to keep it secure for young children. Pool heating is available for an extra charge and must be booked in advance. There are sunbeds and a BBQ gazebo. Steps from the pool lead down to the lower furnished terrace which is accessible from two of the bedrooms. The private solarium off the master bedroom suite has a hot tub (adults only). In the basement is a well-equipped gym and sauna as well as a cinema room with 2m screen and Bose sound system. The villa has Sky HD (full package) and there is a Blueray Player in the Cinema room. There is a Sonos sound system (bring leads for mp3 players) with portable speakers which can access internet radio. There is free WIFI and also a piano, library, pool table and table tennis table.

Location Information: Las Terrazas is situated in Hacienda Las Chapas, an exclusive urbanisation of luxury villas, which is only 10 minutes drive from the beautiful resort town of Marbella and less than 5 minutes drive (or a 30 minute walk) from some of the best beaches on the Andalucian coast. At the heart of Marbella is its charming historic old town, a myriad of narrow, cobbled streets and alleyways which are filled with stylish shops, bars and restaurants. Alternatively, stroll along the lovely seafront promenade, lined with tapas bars, chiringuitos and beach restaurants. Another 10 minutes drive brings you to Puerto Banus, probably the most famous port and tourist enclave in Southern Europe and a magnet for the rich and famous. Closer to home is the smaller resort of Elviria, just 5 minutes by car and offering dozens of excellent restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets or the pretty port of Cabopino. Hacienda Las Chapas also has its own exclusive restaurant and a supermarket (open 365 days).
