Delightful, fully equipped, home-from-home apartment is a stroll from the beautiful, calm and warm Mar Menor (small sea), the world's largest natural saltwater lake, and the Mediterranean with water sports. Racquetball/tennis court for guests of Los Miradores. A supermarket is on hand some 2 mins away and a short drive, or 25 mins walk, will take you to the beautiful marina where you will find an array of shops and cafe bars on one side and on the other, a wide choice of quality restaurants to enjoy and watch the sun set over the Mar Menor. A 30 mins ferry service takes you to the small town of Santiago de la Ribera where there is an excellent local market on Wednesdays. There is a bus service for those without a car to a Sunday market at the bottom of La Manga strip. La Manga Club is a 30 mins drive away.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. There is a charge of €65 for laundry and cleaning. Long lets will attract a 10% discount for period of 4 weeks, 12.5% discount for 6 weeks and 15% for 8 weeks or more.
£100 deposit on booking (non refundable) and balance required 6 weeks prior to arrival. Should the booking fall within the 6 weeks then full payment is required at the time. A further £100 damage deposit is required which will be returned after housekeeping check on your departure.

Living room entered by double doors from the hall, the living room is very comfortable with a large corner sofa, flat screen TV, Sky TV, DVD player and coffee table. There is a separate dining area and a high chair is provided. The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with drawers and plenty coat hangers! There is a hair dryer for your convenience. The terrace leading from the living room is large enough to eat outside or simply sit and watch the boats pass and local fishermen. There is air-conditioning in both bedrooms and living room. Underfloor heating is installed for the cooler evenings during winter lets. The property is equipped for a young child in the form of a travel cot and high chair.

Location Information: The historic port of Cartagena is some 40 minutes by car. A ferry service from the marina takes you to Santiago de la Ribera, a small town with an excellent Wednesday market. Cabos de Palo fishing village is 20 minutes away at the bottom of the strip; there is a large market there on a Sunday. The regional capital, Murcia, is a 50 minute drive. Other Activities: Watersports available in the Mar Menor Golf: The famous La Manga Club is a 30 minute drive where you can enjoy a variety of courses - one of which hosted Spanish Open several times. There is a 9 hole golf course within a 5 minute drive from the apartment.
