Whether you are here to relax for a few days, or to party with friends around the pool, Casa Montana's secluded location guarantees an uninterrupted stay. The property is situated just outside the town of Coin on the Ronda road, far enough inland to benefit from the unspoilt area of Andalucia, yet only a half hour drive will get you into the thick of the Costa del Sol beaches, offering you the best of both worlds.
Inside is a large living area, kitchen, three double bedrooms and family bathroom. Outside the large floodlit pool is surrounded by terracing and fruit trees, and boasts spectacular views. You won't be disappointed!

Changeover day
Saturday - departure by 11.00am - arrivals after 3pm. There may be some flexibility on the arrival/departure dates out of peak season.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included for use at the villa. Need to provide own beach towels. The property is cleaned and serviced after each let. However, maid service is available at an extra cost. Garden/pool maintenance man visits twice weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
Room heaters available if required. Casa Montana is ideal for children, due to fencing all around the pool and a padlock gate. There are no busy roads near by, but there are some olive groves just waiting to be explored!
Outside
The private pool is 5m x 8m with shallow/deep ends, totally fenced off with lockable access gate. Terraces surround the villa. One has large table/chairs for 8 diners. An outside cooking area, incorporating large traditional barbecue and a Spanish Bread oven, is close to the villa.
Coast/Beach
It is a 30km drive to Marbella, and then you can choose your Costa del Sol beach!
Golf
There are over 40 golf courses within 40km of the villa! A popular local one is Torrequebrada at Benalmedena. The 18 hole course at Alhaurin el Grande is our local - then back to the villa for a swim and a bbq.
Travel
Malaga airport is about 45 minutes drive. There are many car hire companies where you can pick up your car at the airport. We supply directions for an easy journey to the villa. Car hire is essential.

7km from town of Coin.
30km to Marbella or into Malaga for some great shopping!
Further details
The new 'La Trocha' shopping centre in Coin has a fantastic supermarket. There are banks in Coin - usually an English speaker in the staff. A excellent restaurant on the edge of Coin is "Santa Fe" owned by two Dutch brothers.
Booking notes
We ask for a 25% deposit at time of booking. Then the balance 6 weeks prior to the holiday. Keys are sent out 2 weeks prior to the holiday, by Registered Post, containing an envelope for their return. A refundable breakages deposit of £75 per week is required.
