Bedroom 2 also has twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
Bathrooms: Family bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, bidet and handbowl.
Kitchen: Fully fitted white kitchen units with marble worktops incorporating ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, ample crockery and cutlery.
Living Rooms: Large lounge with patio doors to the balcony, again with sea views comfortable seating with two settees, side and coffee tables, big flat screen tv, with UK tv channels, DVD, cd player. The dining area has a plate glass table seating six.

linen/maid service:
Linen and bath towels are included, and are changed weekly. The property is cleaned before and after each rental period. Beach towels are NOT provided.

This is a second floor apartment in a small recently renovated block and is served by two lifts.

Outside
There is a shared swimming pool in the garden, and reserved secure car parking. The balcony off the lounge has a patio table and chairs for outside dining.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is sited on level ground, and is a brief 75 metre walk to the beachfront promenade and the sandy Carihuela beach.

Golf
There are lots of challenging golf courses within easy driving distance including Torrequebrada, Lauro, Guadalahorce and Parador de Malaga.

Travel
Our apartment is a 15 minute taxi ride away (20 euros) from Malaga Airport which is well served with low cost flights from most UK airports. Car hire is not essential and depends on the kind of holiday you want. There is a regular local bus service to all resorts from outside the property.

Distances
Driving time 20 minutes to Fuengirola and Malaga, 5 minutes to Torremolinos, 30 minutes to Marbella. Further afield it is about 2.5hours to Seville and 1.5hours to Granada.

Further details
Beach restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shops are all immediately adjacent.

Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, with the full balance to be paid 8 weeks before the arrival date. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Guests are strongly advised to take out adequate travel and personal insurance before embarking.
