Casa Gordon is a large, airy, open-plan villa in the hills above Javea. It benefits from having a panoramic view of the sea and Montgo mountain. There are a couple of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance but Javea town, the port and Arenal beach are just a 10 minute drive with Granadella beach even closer at just 4km away and the Cabo de la nao Lighthouse only 1km.

Notes on prices
Prices are for property per week in UK Pounds.
They are totally inclusive with no extras and include underfloor central heating in winter. Change over day saturday in summer. Flexible at other times. Long term out of season lets available.
Changeover day
Saturday in summer - flexible at other times of the year, please call owners to discuss. Clients arriving can access the villa after 3.00pm. Clients leaving must vacate premises by 11.00am.

| Bathrooms: | Upper floor: bathroom with shower and toilet. Ground floor: large bathroom with 2 washbasins, bath with shower, separate tiled shower, toilet and bidet. There is a hair drier for guest use. |
| Kitchen: | Large kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, oven, hob, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, copious crockery, cutlery and cooking implements. |
| Living Rooms: | Sitting room/dining area leading off the kitchen. The former has a panoramic view of the sea and Montgo mountain satellite TV and a stereo system. The latter has a dining table and wood burning fireplace. |

Notes on accommodation
So that 8 guests can stay, there are 2 comfortable foam filled seats that easily transform into extra beds for the bedrooms or in the living room - this will, of course, result in some loss of space.
The windows benefit from mosquito screens and all bedrooms have fans so you can sleep with the windows open.
For cooler weather rentals there is underfloor heating, fleece blankets and duvets.
Wide Roman steps into the pool makes for a shallow entrance point for little ones - though the 'shallow' end is still deep.
Outside
The covered naya is just 4 steps up from the oval 9m x 5m swimming pool, which has Roman steps at one end and is lit for night swimmers. Outside dining table and chairs. Large garden which surrounds the whole villa, outside tiled shower (for pool), a barbecue and a patio with loungers. Garage and drive with turning area.
Coast/Beach
Granadella beach is just 4km away. Arenal Beach 10 minutes drive. Port 15 minutes drive. There are a number of smaller coves within 10 minutes drive.

Travel
Alicante airport is 50 minutes, Valencia airport 60 minutes and Murcia airport 90 minutes.
A car is essential.
Further details
Javea's lighthouse is the most Easterly point on mainland Spain. There is the old town of narrow streets, churches and white washed houses, the port area and the beaches. There is a weekly outdoor market where you can shop for anything from cheese to chorizo, from lace to leatherwork.
Locally there is golf, tennis, go-karting, jet ski, windsurfing and other water sports. The climate is rated the best by the World Health Organisation.
Evenings along the promenade at Arenal Beach are alive with a score of restaurants and dozens of craft stalls. The beach has lifeguards and showers as well as play areas for various age groups.
The port is a working one. Stroll along and watch the days catch being brought in before dinner.
There are worthwhile day trips to Valencia (an hour away), to Guadel'est or even take a ferry to Ibiza.
