This property is part of a lovely complex with a communal pool and tennis court. The complex is divided into small sections with many established trees and shrubs. It is beautifully maintained, quiet and relaxing. There is a bus route outside the complex which takes you into the town of Torrevieja, and the beaches. It has a twin bedroom, bathroom, open plan lounge area with sofabed, TV and a well equipped kitchen area. There is a large covered balcony.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, as is entry, and departure, but we do ask that between June and September, you only enter the apartment after 4pm, and leave the apartment at 10am, to enable cleaning to be done.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has two single beds, a wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower over, wc.
Kitchen: The kitchen has an electric hob, fridge, washing machine, health grill, toaster, microwave, crockery (including a lidded casserole), pans and the usual utensils.
Living Rooms: Open plan with dining table and chairs, sofabed. TV aerial has recently been repaired and there are now English freeview channels.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bedding is provided, but please provide your own towels. The apartment is cleaned and bedding is changed before each let.

 

Notes on accommodation
There are portable heaters in the bedroom and lounge areas, which can also be used as air conditioners.
There is also a health grill in the kitchen area suitable for burgers, steak, sausages, etc.
We have recently spent some money installing a new kitchen in the apartment, and tiling the floor throughout.

Outside
There is a large covered private balcony with table and chairs including a table cover and chair covers. There is a large folding clothes airer. The facilities on the complex include a communal pool with bar, tennis courts and gardens surrounding the apartments.

Coast/Beach
La Zenia beach is the largest and is 2 miles from the apartment. There are many other smaller beaches in the area.

Golf
Villamartin golf course - 10 mins drive.

Travel
Alicante airport is 45 mins. Murcia airport is 20 mins. The bus route outside the apartment takes you to the town centre, beaches and is good value for money.

Distances
Torrevieja town is 2 miles away with a lovely promenade and marina, and evening market. There is also a large Carrefour hypermarket and a new shopping complex near the town centre. Full details of how to get to these are in the apartment.

Further details
There is also a small family run cafe 5 mins walk away, which serves drinks all day. There is also a bar at the pool area on the complex which serves food, and has all major sports events are televised.
