Accessibility
The main accommodation is on one level. The pool is on a lower level reached by stairs so could be a problem for those less mobile.
Outside
The garden is terraced and partly landscaped. There are formal tiled terrace areas and rustic terraces for relaxing all with loungers and seating. There is 10 x 5 metre swimming pool for guests sole use. There is a WC on the pool level and outside shower. There is a fixed barbecue, plus two portable units.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Denia are only 15 mins drive away. Javea beach is only 20 mins drive away. There are 20 kms of sandy beaches from Denia to Gandia.
Golf
Championship La Sella 18 hole and New 9 hole course within 5 mins from the villa. This is situated next to the La Sella Marriot hotel & spa with all its facilities. There is horse riding and superb tennis facilities. There is a local shop plus a pharmacy. Also there is a superb restaurant/pizzeria for snacks or meals or just a drink.
Travel
Alicante airport is approx 60 mins drive. Valencia airport is approx 75 mins drive.
Murcia airpoort is approx 90 mins drive. Car Hire is essential.

Pedreguer is 3 km, Denia is 5 km, Javea is 12 km, Gandia 1s 30 km. Terra Mitica/Terra Natura 40 mins Mundomar/Aqualandia 45 mins. Jalon valley 20 mins

The historic port town of Denia is a short drive away and its diverse range of shops and restaurants. Javea is 20 mins drive away with its beautiful Arenal sandy beach and restaurants, plus the Port of Javea with its charming atmosphere.
