Elviria is a popular, family friendly residential community located in the Eastern part of Marbella - a popular tourist and celebrity attraction and 30 minutes drive from the international airport of Malaga. The apartment is also situated within 300 yards of the 5 star Don Carlos hotel, the Marriott vacation club and the world famous Nikki beach resort. There are numerous charming beach restaurants available within walking distance.

Accessibility
This apartment has been designed for those with mobility problems. There are very few steps (max.2) and it offers an elevator from the under ground car park. The gardens have level pathways throughout for less able bodied access.

Outside
Benefiting from pool and garden views, Las Sabinas del don Carlos is also a secure gated complex and is part of a small well maintained community.

Coast/Beach
Elviria offers beautiful sandy beaches with charming beach restaurants and the famous beach club Nikki beach. It is situated just next to the five star luxury Hotel Don Carlos. The beach is within five minutes walk of the apartment and offers a range of beach sports and activities.

Golf
There are numerous championship golf courses within a 10 to 20 minute drive. The most famous include Rio Real, El Chaparral, Santa Maria, La Cala, Marbella Country club, Torrequebrada, Santana and Santa Clara. The location also provides a base to go further afield to resorts such as Valderamma, La Manga and Sotogrande.

Travel
Malaga airport is a 30 minute drive from Elviria. Car hire is available on request at a number of locations and a taxi rank is available at the Hotel Don Carlos which is 200 yards from the apartment.

Distances
Las Sabinas de Don Carlos is situated 300 yards from the commercial centre of Elviria which offers a range of supermarkets, shops, hotels and restaurants. Elviria itself is a 5 minute drive from Marbella, 20 minutes from Puerto Banus and 20 minutes from Fuengirola.

For a family holiday the surrounding areas include shopping centres (La Canada, Miramar and El Cortes Ingles), Cinemas, a Zoo, Aqua Park, Buggy safari and many more attractions.

About the owner
I live in Northern Ireland with my wife and four children. My wife and I both work and some of our children are young so we only get the opportunity to travel to Spain once or twice a year. However we both love the area and have been taking our holidays in Elviria for 5 years and before that in Calahonda. The ability to play golf in shorts and tee shirt or laze around on the beach all day is hard to beat.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Beachside Elviria is a wonderful location and has fantastic facilities. Elviria is beautifully located within striking distance of Marbella, Puerto Banus and Fuengirola. It has a wonderful range of shops and restaurants and is ideal for any family. There are also 15-20 good golf courses within easy driving distance as well as a zoo, aqua park and cinemas'.

Unique benefits of the property
The apartment is in a lovely quiet complex with private shared pool. The beach is 5 minutes away and we are right beside the Hotel Don Carlos, the Marriott Beach resort and the Nikki beach club.
