Lovely 1 bedroomed apartment. Very light and airy, with fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. Furnished to a high standard. The Apartment overlooks the swimming pool from all windows, and has a balcony on the lounge and a small balcony on the bedroom, both overlooking the beautiful pool. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor, which is the top floor. All floors accessible by stairs or lift.

Notes on accommodation
This is a lovely bright and sunny apartment. There is digitally controlled air conditioning and heating.
The apartment is suitable for children, and the swimming pool has a lovely childrens paddling pool.
Please note if you require another apartment in the same complex for friends etc travelling together we can arrange this for you also.
This is a non smoking apartment.
Outside
This is a lovely modern complex of 126 apartments in 5 blocks, suitable for all ages. The grounds are well maintained and paved with garden benches placed around the complex. The complex also has gated entry to residents only.
Coast/Beach
The beach is approx. a 10 - 15 min pleasant walk away, through the shops and bars of main Albir. The pebble beach is very clean with sunbeds and pedaloes for hire. There is a beautiful flat promenade which stretches for approx 1 mile to the next resort of picturesque Altea.
Golf
There are many new golf courses around the area, with a brand new course approximately 15 mins away by car.
Travel
The nearest airport is Alicante which is approx 45 mins away. Taxis to the resort are available and no car is necessary whilst in resort, though if you intend to do lots of sightseeing a car would be an advantage.
We can also advise you of a resort hopper service from the airport to resort which charges approx 30 euros return per person.
Distances
Benidorm is approx a 15 min bus ride away at a small cost.
Altea, with a marina and beautiful old town is approx 10 mins away by bus or taxi, but is a lovely pleasant walk from Albir along the promenade.
There is a train station approx 10 mins car journey away, which has trains to Calpe, Denia, Javea etc.
Guadalest is a lovely moorish mountain village approx 30 mins away by car and is a must for all tourists.
Further details
Terra Mitica, the famous Costa Blanca theme park, is approx a 15 min car journey away and is a fantastic family fun day out.There is also an excellent water park just outside Benidorm.
There is an extremely well stocked supermarket less than 2 minutes from the apartment and shops, bars and restaurants all within a 2 min walk.
Booking notes
£100 payment to be made at time of booking (this is non refundable if booking cancelled), and will be kept until apartment is checked after your departure. Any damages/breakages will be deducted and the balance refunded.
The total cost of the booking to be paid 8 weeks prior to date of travel.
