The dining room/lounge opens out onto the swimming pool area, where there is an outside shower and sun loungers, the pool is 10m x 5m. Secure automatic gates and intercom with additional entry alarm. In addition to air conditioning there are ceiling fans, satellite TV including all SKY channels and SKY sports, WI-FI connection, DVD player and music centre, plus TV/DVD in twin bedded room. We can also offer extremely competitive car rental quotations.

Long term low season bookings are available at £950 per month plus utilities and heating.

Location Information: Within walking distance of pretty El Portet unspoilt beach, perfectly safe bathing for children, with a fabulous Spanish restaurant superb for traditional Paella and Sangria!! Two minute drive and you're in Moraira town with its supermarkets, boutiques, deli's, ice cream parlours and fantastic restaurants. Fridays are a must for the local market with its incredible fresh produce, in addition every evening there is a well run child's funfair. Twenty minutes drive to buzzing Javea with its spectacular beach and large promenade full of family dining. Calpe is also a twenty minute drive again full of shops and superb beaches.
