Flexible high quality accommodation with all equipment. Air conditioning/heating to all rooms. Pool depth is 1m-1.8m suitable for children under supervision. Garden is fully enclosed and private with traditional barbecue.
Accessibility
Bed 4 and Shower Room are on the ground floor. Front door access and access to Living Room and Terrace through wide doorways. Please enquire for further information and dimensions.

Private pool (heated if necessary) 8.5m x 4m in lawned and landscaped private garden. Garden is south facing with extensive covered terrace with dining table, chairs, sofas and sunbeds. There is a large traditional barbecue in the garden. Bed 1 has a huge dual aspect terrace with views over 13th fairway. Bed 2 has own terrace with views over 12th and 17th holes. Double roof terrace with 360 degree panoramic golf and countryside views not overlooked.

Coast/Beach
Beaches nearby (approx 10 minute drive) include Sotogrande and Alcaidesa. There are watersports at both and first class kiteboarding/windsurfing at Tarifa (40 minutes drive)
Marbella and Puerto Banus (30 minutes drive).
Golf
San Roque Club has 2 top class 18 hole courses both of which have staged the Spanish Open in 2005 and 2006 plus an on site golf academy and driving range. Nearby other top quality courses include Valderrama, Sotogrande, Almenara, Alcaidesa and Duquesa. Owners golf buggy can be hired at weekly rate by arrangement.

Malaga - 1 hour via toll motorway
Gibraltar 15/20 minutes
Jerez - less than 1 hour on motorway

Many old towns and villages within 30 minutes to 2 hours include Marbella, Estepona, Jimena de la Frontera, Ronda, Cadiz, Seville.
Further details
The San Roque Club is in a relaxed but high-quality area with a nearby large village with top quality Supercor supermarket, English butchers, banks, drycleaners and other shops. Also newly opened shopping mall at the entrance to the resort with shops and restaurants. Nearby marinas at Sotogrande and Puerto Duquesa have sailing, boating and fishing excursions as well as many waterside bars and restaurants. In Gibraltar and La Linea there are numerous dolphin watch boats operating.
Leisure activities also include horse riding, golf, countryside walks, birdwatching and there are many important historical sites to visit.
Older children can safely roam the resort which welcomes children. There is no club or disco on site nearest is in Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro less than 10 minutes drive.
