It has been lovingly furnished and decorated with style and elegance, to make it a perfect romantic holiday retreat. Peaceful and away from it all, you can really just sit back and enjoy these lovely surroundings, including the beautiful gardens and lawns.

The accomodation at this villa is of a higher than average standard.
there is free wi fi available (provided you know how to connect to it without assistance).
Outside
There are many outside areas to relax and eat. Outside of the main lounge, there is a charming garden terrace with comfortable seating area. There is also a covered naya with dining table and relaxing sun chairs on this level. Perfect for pre-dinner drinks in the shade.
The pool and terrace has lawned gardens to both sides. On one side there is a large purpose built BBQ and dining area. A lovely spot, for an evening meal.
There is parking behind large gates for 2 cars. Even here you cannot escape the fabulous views.
The beauty of Casa Bonita will hit you, the moment you get out of the car.
Coast/Beach
Watersports of all kinds are offered at the beautiful blue flag beaches of Moraira. These are are just 5-7 minute drive from the villa. Calpe & Javea beaches are 20 minute drive. Further afield (20 mins by car) is the arina shopping centre at Ondarra. Lots of excellent shops, bowling alley, cinema.
Travel
Alicante Airport is one hour drive.
Valencia is 1 hour 20 minutes.
Distances
Moraira town centre and beach approx 3 miles.

The choice of Restaurants in Moraira is truly staggering for a small town. From 3 courses for 10 euros to michelin stars! A wonderful collection of locally owned shops in the marina/village area catering for all pockets.

About the owner
A former director of medical suppliers Consolidated Supplies, I worked in overseas health care management for 27 years. I was contracted to a hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE for many years. I first came to Moraira to check out the building progress of the Hospital Director's new villa. A favour that resulted in a complete change of life for me and my family. I now live, part most of the year, in Spain and part in Sawbridgeworth , Herts .
