Casa Valle is a luxury 3 bedroom detached Spanish style villa set within a pine tree hillside overlooking orange and lemon groves. It has a large open plan kitchen and lounge with a 42" LCD TV, DVD, satellite TV and Xbox games console. The villa also has its own private swimming pool, covered dining area with breathtaking views, laundry room and BBQ. It is equipped to a very high standard and really is a home from home. The villa has 3 terrace levels offering amazing distant views towards mountains and the Mediterranean. Just a short walk away through the orange groves will take you to the picturesque old sleepy Spanish village of Adsubia which offers local cuisine and several popular bars. With Pego a short drive away with its many fiestas and quaint town squares to have tapas in. The miles of sandy beaches at Oliva and fishing port of Denia with its numerous restaurants is about a 15 minute drive away.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible wherever possible. The villa will be avaliable after 3:30pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:30am on day of departure. Long weekends maybe booked by arrangement.

Notes on accommodation
All the rooms have fans for the summer months and central heating for the winter months. The Villa is arranged over three floors with the living accomodation on the top floor.
Outside
The villa has its own private swimming pool, covered dining area with breathtaking views and laundry room. Three terrace levels offering amazing distant views towards mountains and the Mediterranean. Sunbeds, parasols, tables and chairs and BBQ are all avaliable for your use.
Coast/Beach
The miles of sandy beaches at Oliva and fishing port of Denia with its numerous restaurants is about a 15 minute drive away.
Golf
Casa Valle is located near several golf courses, Oliva Nova golf resort, designed by Seve Ballesteros has 18 holes. The fabulous La Sella golf course is just 30 minutes away and is surrounded by mountains. The Real de Faula has two stunning 18 hole courses and is a 40 minute drive away.
Travel
Casa Valle is located just an hours drive from Valencia airport and Alicante airport, car hire is highly recommended. There are many low cost airline flying to either of these airports and if you book well ahead there are many bargains to be had.
Distances
Casa Valle is just a strole away through the orange groves to Adsubia, with bars and a very good resturant with a excellent low cost menu de dias. Pego is a 5 minute drive away with supermarkets, tapas bars, restaurants and a local market on a thursday selling great spit roasted chickens. The harbour towns of Denia, Oliva, Gandia and Altea are between 20 and 30 minute drive away. The beautifull city of Valencia is less than an hour by train.

The port of Denia is where you can catch a boat along the coast or a ferry to the Baleariac Islands. With many fiestas all the year round the real Spain really has something to offer everyone.
Booking notes
Please email us your enquiry, with details of your arrival and departure dates we will reserve your dates for seven days whilst you are confirming your flights. We will then require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the date of your arrival together with a refundable security deposit of £150, this will be refunded to you within ten days of your departure.
