The complex is opposite a beautiful park and is just a short walk from the winding, cobbled streets of the old town. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are all situated in the immediate vicinity. Underground parking spaces available at a small extra charge. We can also now offer exclusive Luxury Spa Breaks to our clients, in conjunction with the newly opened luxurious O2 Wellness Centre, located just a few minutes walk from the Skol Apartments.

The prices quoted above are for guidance only. The owners of each individual apartment set their own pricing. Some owners charge more than other owners. Please check the price for each apartment when calling our office (+44 113 268 3260) to check availability. Please note that due to the superior south and west corner beachfront location of 115A (a studio), there is a £30 per week supplement for this apartment. For any non-airconditioned apartments, there is a £35.00 per week reduction in the summer months Reduced rates for long winter lets. Weekly linen and towel change, electricity and heating included in the rates.
A deposit of £50.00 Sterling per person (minimum £100.00) will secure your apartment, with the balance payable 9 weeks before you go. We accept Debit or Switch cards. We also accept Visa / MasterCard for which there is 1.7% service charge.
