The villa has 3 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each, with one of them en suite, one bedroom has a large double bed. There is another bathroom along the corridor. The lounge is spacious and the kitchen is accessible from the lounge. There is a separate dining room with a table and 6 chairs.At the end of the corridor the door opens into the swimming pool area which has a porch with numerous arches. This area also has a table with 6 chairs. In the front of the house is another porch with a table and 4 chairs. This area overlooks the large Vinuela lake.The wonderful sunsets and the sky at night can also observed from here.

Arrivals are expected about 2 pm and the villa is to be vacated at 10 am all local time; if otherwise please inform manager. The air conditioning units are there for your comfort please switch them off when not in use; logs are provided for the fireplace in the lounge for winter. A cleaner and housekeeper can be provided at extra costs. You are expected to leave the villa in a neat and clean condition.

Location Information: The Viila is on top of a hill and has a 360 degrees panoramic view of lake Vinuela, of Maroma mountain and of the sea. Puente Don Manuel is where the local shops, bars and restaurants and is 3 kilometres away. Torre Del Mar is the local lively sea resort and is 20 minutes drive away. Here there are numerous discos, clubs , bars, restaurants and a beautiful beach. There is a large shopping centre and a water park in Velez Malaga, a large town, on the way to Torre Del Mar. Driving eastward about 25 minutes is Torrox costa and Nerja town. Marbella is an hour and half drive westward; Gibraltar is about two and a half hours away in the same direction. The surrounding area has hills, valleys and mountains and the weather is subtropical. In the valleys mango and avocado trees are cultivated . The hills are dotted with olive groves; many types of fruits and vegetables are also grown here for local consumption and export.
