Living Rooms: Spacious open plan living and dining room with woodburning stove and kitchen area. CD and radio provided. DVD player, satellite TV, air cooler, ceiling and free standing fans.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		All towels, including pool towels, and all linen is included. Property is cleaned between lets. Sufficient towels and linen are available to guests for each week of their stay.

 

Notes on accommodation
There is a wood burning stove and arrangements for heating in the winter months. A halogen heater and electric fan heaters are included at no extra charge.A solar pool cover extends the swimming season.

45 minutes drive to the coast at Torre del Mar, a typically Spanish coastal town with some exellent fish bars. An hour to Nerja.

Golf at Torre Del Mar/Caletta de Velez, a 30 minute drive away.

Skiing
The water mill is 1.5 hours drive from the Sierra Nevada.

Travel
Malaga airport is approx 1 hours drive. Granada airport is 1½ hour drive. Driving time from Santander, after ferry crossing from Plymouth is approx 12 hours. Use of a car is essential.

Distances
Periana is 1.5 kilometres away and Granada and the Alhambra are 1.5 hours drive. Seville is 2 hours drive.

Further details
Periana has a range of small food shops, including small supermarkets. There are bakers, butchers, fruit & veg, banks, post office and also a weekly market. A number of bars and local restaurants serve typical Spanish food. At the coast there are large supermarkets and a shopping mal with a hypermarket. The mill is in a good location for walking and interesting drives. Within easy reach of El Torcal National Park, the caves at Nerja, a range of activities, include a water park at the coast. If you would like to have an evening out without driving, a taxi can be contacted.

Booking notes
A deposit of £150 per. week secures the booking. Balance is payable 6 weeks before the holiday commences. Ask about discounts.
