Casa Cascada is a large Gran Cortijo (Country Mansion) nestled in the Andalucian countryside close to the white village of Villanueva de la Concepcion. Malaga Airport is 30 minutes away. With a wide sweeping view of El Torcal National Park, Casa Cascada is set in a beautiful garden, with palms,figs and olive trees. Step out from the large open living space to the pool area, your summer living room under roof with a wonderful daybed for a lazy nap,gas barbecue for that juicy steak, sun lounges, dining table, etc., this is where you will be spending your vacation! On a cloudy day,light a fire, curl up on the sofa, and watch a good movie. Modern kitchen with everything. After a long day in the sun, fall asleep in the four-poster bed listening to the frogs and hear the goat bells in the distance. We have created a home away from home for you to enjoy, full of beautiful art, furniture and all the little extra touches.

Notes on prices
Casa Cascada requires a security deposit of 300E, this deposit is returned to you upon departure. Included in our rates is a welcome basket. On booking several weeks a weekly clean and change of bed/bathroom is included in the rates. A Warm Welcome to Casa Cascada! Casa Cascada is a beautiful luxury home with great emphasis on comfort, enjoy! Casa Cascada is wired for WiFi. We provide a welcome pack of basic food necessities (breakfast). In the house you'll find lots of map books, and info on what to see and do, together with a welcome letter from us, making your stay easier. Monday morning is market day in Villanueva de la Concepcion, great fruit and veg, don't miss it! Villanueva has everything from bank to dentist, supermarket, etc., keep an eye out for posters telling you what is going on in the area. The little cafe in the square makes the best coffee! We love this bit of Spain, it feels like Spain, it tastes like Spain, ah the prawn tapa at 'La Torfa' (best tapas in town), and it sounds like Spain, goat bells, frogs, dogs mixed every which way, great country eggs and the most incredible olives! We are not going to wish you enjoy your stay, we know you will!

Location Information: Andalusian countryside is a wonderful place, forget the sun sex and sangria of the Costa del Sol, and come visit the real Andalucia, loaded with culture, beautiful nature and spectacular scenery. Casa Cascada is within a day trip distance to Seville, Granada (Alhambra Palace) and Cordoba, or just drive through the many pretty white villages, stop, taste the tapas, the local wine and enjoy the sunshine. And of course, a day on the beach (grilled sardines and prawns) is only 30 minutes away. Local markets and customs, ferias and fiestas, are still authentic in this area, and you feel, taste and hear the Spain that the cynics say is gone. The valley of El Torcal is home to many rare bird species, in the river fronting Casa Cascada you'll see turtles, ducks, herons and with a bit of luck the fox mummy with her cubs! There is a magic here, hard to describe and almost incredible so close to the bustling busy coast, we welcome you to come and experience 'our' piece of beautiful spa.
