Villa Alberto is a lovely, sunny townhouse with a small private pool and aircondition. It is located on the north of Nerja, in the very quiet area of urbanisation “la biznaga”. Just 10 minutes walk to the centre and the same distance to the beach. This 3 bedroom townhouse is built on 2 levels and is stylishly furnished to a high standard. The house includes 2 sunny patios with plants, barbecue, sun beds and chairs. The saloon is very comfortable with modern sofas, satellite TV, DVD, CD player, round table with 6 chairs and doors directly out to one of the patios with the pool. Security safe box

There are some beaches near to the villa, the nearest is just 10 minutes walking and is called Burriana, where you can find some bars, restaurants and water sports. But if you like to drive, there are a lot of lovely beaches in a natural park just 10 minutes driving.
Golf
The golf course is just 10 minutes driving.
Skiing
The nearest ski resort is Sierra Nevada that is just 1.3 hours from Nerja.
Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga, just 60km or 45 minutes.
Distances
The centre of the town is just 10 minutes walking.
Maro 3km, Malaga 50km, Granada 90km.
Booking notes
The bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. To book the villa I need a deposit of 50% of the total cost, the balance will be due on arriving.
