Changeover day
Main changeover day is Saturday but we can be flexible.

| Kitchen: | High spec kitchen with granite worktops, fridge freezer, integral dishwasher and washing machine. Electric oven and ceramic hob. Electric toaster, kettle, and microwave. Brand new crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room houses an iron, ironing board, hoover, mop and bucket and sweeping brushes. |
| Living Rooms: | The main living area is circular in shape and houses three brand new leather sofas and two side tables. Full size television, dvd player and midi hifi stereo system. Also a large dining table and six chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
On arrival the beds will be made up with clean linen and towels provided for all guests. On a 2 week stay, midweek clean and bed linen/towel change is available subject to an additional charge. |

Notes on accommodation
We welcome families both with and without children. Children and babies are catered for with travel cots available, suitable plates, cutlery etc. Other nursery equipment can be hired at a small charge. We have air conditioning throughout which can be used to heat the rooms if chilly. The villa next door can be rented as well for larger parties, subject to availability.
Outside
There is a spacious patio surrounding the 10 x 5 m pool which has an unspoilt mountain view overlooking orange groves. One corner of the poolside terrace is covered with a hand built covered pergola providing welcome shade. There are ample sunloungers available. and a large poolside table which comfortably seats 10 people. The brick built barbeque is on this level. Also an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water.
Coast/Beach
15 min drive to nearest beaches at Los Marinos and Denia which is a port for fast ferries to the Balearic Islands.
Arenal beach at Javea is lively and great for families, it is about a 20 min drive. Puerto de las Marinas is a brand new indoor shopping complex with supermarket, restaurants, cinema and bowling only five minutes drive from the Villa.
Golf
The 18 hole championship golf courses at La Sella, Javea and Oliva are 10 and 15 mins drive away.
Skiing
Excellent skiing is available within two hours drive.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are both approximately one hour drive to the villa on main signposted roads.
Distances
Pedreguer is the nearest town 5 min drive away with a supermarket. The nearest main resort is Denia, a 15 min drive where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants, shops, banks, beaches and port facilities.
Javea is about 20 minutes away and has great bars and restaurants.
Booking notes
Please contact owner for availability, booking conditions and payment of £200 deposit. The balance is payable 10 weeks before departure. A £200 refundable damage deposit is required before your departure and is returned when owners have safe return of keys.
