The apartment has 3 bedrooms, great for 4 persons, but can be arrange for 6. From here you have it all from Jet ski and sail boats to carnivals or tapas! The apartment is renovated, new furnitures and modern! It´s situated in a part of Sitges called Aiguadolc, 10 minutes walk to the center. You find your living room very open with sofa, dining place and the balcony for a nice cooling time after beach or having Cava breakfast!

Changeover day
We are flexible due the arriving and departure times, we do agreements together which will fit your flights and depending next clients.
However you never need to departure before 12.00am. We don't charge extra fee for late arrivings!

| Bedrooms: | You find 3 bedrooms. 1 with a queen size doublebed, 1 with double fitonstyle and 1 bedroom with a single bed with possibility to make another, twin bed, the beds will be then in different levels. |
| Bathrooms: | You find 2 shower rooms with toilets, both has just been renovated with high quality porcelain and mosaic. |
| Kitchen: | In the kitchen you find all you need for to create a nice dinner! Theres a hob, cooker, fridge with freezer a washing machine and loads of good cutlery. Porcelain and glasses in high quality. Also you find juice makers, toaster, coffee-maker and a mixer. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has a very cosy sofa and one chaise longe. Here you also find the dining table with place for 6. Flat screen TV. |

Towels in all sizes includes. As well as bedlinen, dressing gowns, beach towels and beach parasols. End cleaning included. You find a washing machine out in the patio. Changing bedlinen and towels can be done for a small fee. |

Accessibility
The apartment is situated on 2nd floor, but you find a elevator.
Outside
Outside you have one huge shared swimming pool! It has one part for kids. The pool is surrounded with a nice grass lawn and pine trees for the shadow.
The pool is situated just below your balcony! From here you have stairs going directly down to the marina, where you find loads of nice restaurants, bars, bakery and a supermarket!
Coast/Beach
You have beaches everywhere! White sanded and clean. On the south side, 1 minutes walk you find Playa Balmins, there you can be nude, but it´s a mixed beach for everybody. Very beautiful! On the northside 2 minutes walk you find Playa Aiguadolc. A family beach with watch guards, restaurant and when it´s waves, here comes the surfers!
Golf
You find one 18 holes golf course 5 kilometres away.
Special interest holidays
As Sitges is situated close to the Penedés Wine district, we are happy to bring you to a nice bodega for to enjoy the Cava and wines from here!
As well as the apartment is situated so close to the sea and the marina, you find sail school, jetski rental, canoes and sail boats for rent with or without skipper. We can also help to arrange motor yacht cruises!
Travel
It takes only 20 minutes to drive from Barcelona airport El Prat. Finally here you will not have any use of a car! All is walking distance, and in Sitges town the streets is almost car free! But of course if you like to explore Catalunia, the mountains, the wine district or of course Barcelona, you can rent a car from us for a small fee. By hours, days or a whole week.
Distances
The apartment is situated in a part of Sitges called Aiguadolc. From here you have easy access to the Autopista 32. Nearest towns are St Pere de Ribes, 5km, Vilanova, 10 km and Barcelona 30km away.
Booking notes
To make your reservation you need to one booking deposit of 20% from your total amount. Once the deposit has arrived your stay is secured. The remaining of the cost you pay by another transfer wich has to be on the account latest on your arrival day, or you pay the remaining with cash when we meet you up with the keys in the apartment. You can also bring travelling cheques of course.

Hi! I´m a blond, happy girl from Sweden. Probably so happy cause I have the pleasure to live here in precious Sitges for almost 6 years. I'm born in the archipelago of Stockholm, so the sea and boat life is in my blood. Therefore it feels great to offer you all my habits in one. The Med, the sun, the village, and the accommodation aboard a Swedish designed and flagged yacht, mooring in Aiguadolc, the port of Sitges. As well I'm happy to let you enjoy my apartment as well, okay not so very exotic as the yacht, but for you who need something "similar" moore modern, less floating, here you have it!
