Our light and airy apartment is in a block of only 8 apartments and is 3 floors up from ground level (no lift). South facing terrace with stunning views over Mediterranean and Marina. The 2 bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 6 people with use of a double sofabed (which can sleep 2 adults) a cot is available for £10pw. The apartment also benefits from Hot and Cold Air Conditioning throughout. Ideally suited to couples, mature persons and families, the apartment is situated in the heart of the resort, with all amenities (marina, beaches, restaurants etc) within a 5 minute walk.

Notes on prices
Weekly prices are based on 4 persons. Extra persons £15 pppw (Ex under 2's). Lettings which straddle two price months will be pro-rota. We only charge for the days you are in residence, if your stay is for more than 7 nights. 10% discount for 2 weeks or more. We offer an attractive discount for long winter lets, pls enquire for our best price. All offers are subject to availability and are only available on new bookings and not transferable. Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Check-in 4pm and check-out 10.00am, however we maybe flexible on times. Luggage may be left inside the apartment, if your flight arrives before 4pm. Please contact our representative in Spain on arrival for more info.

Fresh bedlinen, towels (not beach towels), electricity, water and cleaning on departure are included. For stays over 2 weeks towels and bedlinen will be changed if req'd. A charge of 30 euros approx will be payable locally. |
Notes on accommodation
Hot/cold air conditioning throughout provided on a meter system. 1 Euro for 2 hours approx. We welcome couples, mature persons, and families with well behaved children. Good behavior is expected. Sorry no young singles/groups. Entry phone and safety deposit box. An information pack with local info and excursions can be found in the apartment.
Information on key collection/entry will be sent along with directions and information on the apartment. This will be posted separately, once the final balance has been paid. Our representative in Spain is also available to provide help and advice if required.
For arrivals into the apartment after 7pm, there will be a charge of 20.00 Euros. This is payable locally to our rep in Spain. This is to cover charges for late call out on our meet and greet service. (Were possible, keys will be sent before your holiday to an address in the UK, unless you specifically request the meet and greet service).

10 minutes from the world famous Torrequebrada 18 Hole championship golf course. Benalmadena Golf - 9 hole par 3 with Driving range 10 mins. Alhaurin 9 Hole Par 3 plus 18 Hole course Junior, Driving Range, Tennis 20 mins. Mijas Golf 2 x 18 Hole courses and Driving Range 15 mins. Santana Golf 18 Hole Course 20 mins. La Cala 18 Hole Course 15 mins.
Travel
Benalmadena is roughly 10-15 mins from Malaga airport, airport transfers can be arranged at an additional cost. Car not necessary as all amenities are within walking distance, unless of course you wish to explore the Costa del Sol.

Benalmadena Marina 10 mins walk with restaurants, bars, shops and sea life centre. Bonanza Sq with shops, bars and restaurants is less than 5 mins walk. Selwo Marine La Paloma Park 10 min walk. Tivoli World attraction park in Arroyo de la Miel 10 mins walk. Indoor ice skating, swimming pool and gymnasium 10 min walk. Torremolinos and Fuengirola 5 a 10 mins by car.
Mijas 15 mins by car. Malaga 30 mins by train. Marbella, Puerto Banus 20 mins by car. Gibraltar 1 hour by car. Ronda 1 hour by car

The apartment is less than a 2 minute walk away from a main hotel which has many facilities including a restaurant, bar and swimming pool. This is open 365 days a year.
Nearest shops, bars and restaurants are less than 2 mins walk away.
Buses opposite apartment run to Benalmadena Pueblo, Arroyo de la Miel and Mijas. Trains run to Malaga from Arroyo.
Local Activities: Golf cycling, biking, sailing, diving, windsurfing, fishing, paragliding, swimming, horse riding, tennis, and lots of bars restaurants and evening entertainment!
There is a large indoor pool situated in the heart of Arroyo at the ice-skating Rink (Club de Hielo).
Booking notes
No more than six people should reside in the apartment during the rental period. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking and completed booking form, dates will not be held without these. We regret the deposit is not refundable in the event of a cancellation by you. This must be signed by the lead name who is responsible for payment of the final balance and security deposit of €225 or £150, this is required to cover breakages, excess cleaning and loss of keys.

What a wonderful introduction to my wife's first time abroad, it took us a day or so to get our bearings but after that we all had a wonderful time and managed to see most of Benalmadena. The apartment was absolutely first class, clean, tidy and the view was spectacular just sad we had to come back just as we were getting use to being relaxed. You certainly will see us again. Oct 08
