Arrive and depart any day of the week subject to availability. Day of departure the villa must be vacated by 10am.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter is included. There are units in each bedroom and the lounge.
Outside
Lawned garden fully enclosed with a 2m conifer hedge around to ensure your privicy. Kidney shaped pool 8m x 4m with sunbathing terrace, sunloungers and outdoor furniture. Barbecue.
Coast/Beach
10 minutes drive to either Javea or Moraira, both resorts having great sandy beaches. There are also stunning rocky coves also 10 minutes drive from the villa.
Golf
Three local golf courses, one 18 hole and two 9 hole. The nearest is Javea and can be seen from the villa. La Sella & Ifach 15 minutes drive away.
Travel
Airports: Alicante or Valencia both 90 kilometers from the villa. A car is essential.
Distances
Benitachell 2 kilometers, two supermarkets.
Moraira & Javea: 6 kilometers (10 minutes drive) both having great sandy beaches with watersports facilities, supermarkets and shops plus bars, discos, and restaurants of all nationalities.
Further details
A half hour drive inland takes you to breathtaking mountain scenery, quaint Spanish villages and water falls. The resort of Benidorm is a half hour drive with huge waterpark, the Terra Mitica theme park and wildlife safari park.
Booking notes
To reserve we require 40% of the total rental charge, which can be paid into your local bank, the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Credit cards accepted by phone (3% service charge).
On arrival we require a 200 euro breakage deposit on a credit card, returnable after your stay.

About the owner
I moved to Benitachell in 1986 with my wife Carole and 3 year old daughter Samantha. We bought an old farmhouse and turned it into a quaint, rustic restaurant which we still run today. We also live above the restaurant premises. I am the chef and Carole hostess, we serve good quality home cooked food and have both English and Spanish beer on draught. We both maintain and clean both of our villas so you can be assured of the highest standards. We are also on call 24 hours a day (well almost), not into early mornings, should you need us to help with any problems you may have.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Casa Samantha, named after my daughter, was my wife's parents house which we acquired after they returned to the UK and eventually passed on. We have made many alterations over the years and always keep it well maintained and up to date. The villa is very private with a 2 meter high conifer hedge all the way around to ensure your privacy from the few neighbors. The area is very central for the towns of Moraira and Javea, only 10 minutes in the car but the villa and surrounding area is very peaceful even in the height of summer.

This is a very comfortable little house with air-con. in all rooms and a shady balcony overlooking the pool. Large lawned garden with shady palm trees.
