Changeover day

The resorts of Javea and Moraira are both 10 minutes by car both of which have great sandy beaches and water sports facilites. The rocky cove beneath the cliffs at Benitachell is also a 10 minute drive.

Golf
There are three golf courses with a short distance of the villa. Javea (9holes) 2km. La Sella (18 holes) 6km. Club de golf Ifach (9 holes) 6km.

Travel
Airports: Alicante or Valencia both 90 kms. from the villa.
A car is essential.

Distances
Benitachell village 2kms. 2 supermarkets, and a few bars.
Javea & Moraira 10 minutes drive, both resorts having good supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants of all nationalities.

Our own restaurant / bar is a short walk from the villa, where we are always on hand to help with any problems you may have.

Booking notes
A 40% deposit is required for reservation, payable into a UK bank. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. Credit cards accepted by phone.(3% service charge).

About the owner
I moved to Benitachell in 1986 with my wife Carole and 3 year old daughter Samantha. We bought an old farmhouse and turned it into a quaint, rustic restaurant which we still run today. We also live above the restaurant premises. I am the chef and Carole hostess, we serve good quality home cooked food and have both English and Spanish beer on draught. We both maintain and clean both of our villas so you can be assured of the highest standards. We are also on call 24 hours a day (well almost), not into early mornings, should you need us to help with any problems you may have.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
This property is close to our restaurant and is of a similar rustic construction. It is not on a housing estate and has beautiful views all around. A shady sun porch overlooks the large pool and is a tranquil spot for a relaxing holiday.
