This new penthouse apartment is located just two minutes walk from the beach in a quiet and peaceful location. The property has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, and two bathrooms, The penthouse is tastefully furnished with high quality furniture. The lounge has a sofa bed, satellite television and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped, including Microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, toaster and washing machine/dryer. The penthouse also benefits from a private spacious roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains and has the luxury of its own private swimming pool, a built in BBQ and is equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs. For those using a car, there is secure parking. There is also lift access to the apartment.

Notes on prices
- Prices are for the property (not per person) per day/week in UK Pounds. - Nightly rates only apply on rental periods of 5 days or less. Where rental periods are not exactly 7 or 14 days, the extra days are calculated pro rata to the weekly rate. - Payment accepted in Sterling or Euros by cheque, bankers draft or bank transfer or paypal. - 20% deposit required at time of booking to reserve the dates - Balance payable one calendar month before holiday - Part weeks available - minimum 4 nights. - Flexible changeover day ( and changeover time, depending on following guests) - If this penthouse is booked for the dates you require, I do look after another one which is identical to this one. Please enquire and I will make arrangements for that one instead.
A refundable breakages and key deposit of £100 is payable one calendar month before the commencement of the holiday and, subject to a satisfactory inspection, will be refunded within fourteen days from the end of the holiday. Welcome packs, meet and greet services, cots and Airport transfers etc can all be arranged.
The above fees include all amenities within the apartment and complex including Air con, bed linen, towels etc. (However beach towels are not provided).

Location Information: The penthouse is located just two minutes from the sandy beaches of Vera Playa and the warm Mediterranean sea. There are a good selection of restaurants and bars (including beach bars) within a very short walk. There is also a large supermarket, bank and a water park. Within a short walk is the very pretty fishing harbour of Villaricos. The coastal resort and fishing town of Garrucha is a five minutes drive away and has a good selection of shops and restaurants specialising in freshly caught seafood and a cuisine to cater for all tastes. Mojácar Pueblo is 10 mins away, a pretty Spanish town set in the hillside, overlooking the coast and beautiful mountain ranges. Mojacar Playa is an excellent resort with many shops, bars and restaurants and an excellent night life too. For golfers, There are five golf courses Desert Springs Valle del Este Club Marina Mojacar Mojacar Macenas golf Cortijo Grande (9 Hole) We would be pleased to help you arrange your tee times, if required
