Casita Viveca is a comfortable new villa in a tranquil location, partly air conditioned, nestling on the hillside looking over the pretty village of Orba towards the unspoilt mountain ranges and orange groves beyond. This open plan villa has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, lounge/diner and is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, flat screen digital TV with BBC1, ITV1 & more, DVD player, CD Hi Fi player and many other items including books and children’s toys for your enjoyment. Step out of the lounge/diner’s double doors onto the covered arched patio and dine alfresco enjoying the extensive views, soak up the mountain atmosphere, or just relax around the pool on the sun terrace or perhaps take a dip in your own, crystal clear private pool.

Changeover day
Our bookings run from and to a Saturday.
Villa ready for entry from 1.00pm on the day of your arrival. We ask our guests to please depart by no later than 10.00am on the day of their departure in order that we have time to prepare for our next guests.

Living Rooms: Large lounge/dining room with ceiling fan, digital flat screen TV with BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV 1 etc, DVD player & films, CD Hi Fi player. Double lounge doors opening onto an arched covered patio with panoramic views, a wonderful place for dining alfresco.

Winter Heating: Electric oil filled radiators, wood burning stove in lounge, initial logs and firelighters provided. Book your winter sun now! New this year; John Lewis winter duvets on beds. Part air conditioned with integral cooler/heater unit.

Outside
This villa enjoys an oval designed 8x4m private pool, clean, crystal clear and kept that way with pride by your own poolman Brian. It is no deeper than about 1.80m at the deep part, the shallow end with its large Roman steps proving very attractive for young children and non-swimmers. Leading to the pool is an additional large sun terrace half shaded by an arched area. All usual outdoor furniture is supplied, sun loungers, chairs, table and BBQ. Your own off street parking space at your private entrance gate.

Coast/Beach
The closest beaches are at Denia, 20 minutes drive. The beaches of Moraira, Javea, Vergel, Oliva and Gandia are about 30 minutes drive. Benidorm beaches and nightlife 40 minutes drive.

Golf
La Sella, Oliva and Javea golf courses all about 20 to 30 minutes drive. La Sella, at the Marriott Hotel, is an exceptionally beautiful, secluded and peaceful 18 hole golf course.

Travel
Alicante and Valencia Airports each an easy hour's drive on the AP7 motorway, entry/exit 62 Ondara (for Orba). Turn inland, towards mountains, straight on up through the Orange Groves for 5 miles, Orba is the 2nd pretty whitewashed stone village at the foot of the mountains.
Car hire highly recommended.
Portsmouth/Bilbao car ferry recommended. Bilbao 8 hours' easy motorway drive.
Plymouth/Santander car ferry recommended. Santander 9 hours' motorway drive.

Distances
Orba village is 10 mins walk. Denia 20 and Javea 30 mins drive. A beautiful drive through the Jalon valley over the mountains to the Algar Waterfalls and Guadalest makes for an interesting day out. 20 mins drive to Vergel Safari Park is recommended for families. An exciting day out for all ages is 40 mins drive to Benidorm visiting 'Terra Mitica' Adventure Theme Park, 'Mundomar' Dolphin/Seal Show, 'Aqualandia' Water Theme Park and 'Terra Natura', Animal Theme Park.

Further details
Our village of Orba has three Banks with 24 hour cash machines, one large and two smaller supermarkets. Julie's an English supermarket sells just about anything that British desire when abroad. Ten various style Restaurants, even 'Cornish Pride' the Falmouth registered specialist pasty shop, as well as 'Central Perk' an English run 'diner' and coffee house, with its different and very new, Anglo/American themed menu. Orba has it's own Fish & Chip Shop opened in April. “The Lee's” an excellent Bar/Pub with a large outside courtyard, offering a wide selection of drinks and serving English Breakfasts and Bar Snacks cooked to order. There is an excellent 24 hour Medical Centre. Many Bars and various interest shops, including a working pottery, selling direct, using Time Honoured Techniques, a legacy from earlier times when Orba was a Moorish Pottery making village. Nearest good Restaurant and Bar 100mts from house. Plenty of nightlife to be found in Denia, Javea and Benidorm.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £125pw is required to secure your booking with the balance to be paid eight weeks' prior to your arrival. £150 key, damages/loss deposit is required with your balance, returnable at the end of your stay. Complimentary grocery pack on your arrival.
