Notes on prices
Please contact us for the equivalent rental prices in Pounds Stirling. We accept payment by Pounds Stirling cheques or by bank transfer in either Euros or Pound Stirling. We will hold a booking for 5 days pending receipt of a booking form together with a 20% deposit of the total rental price. Once this is received we will send you confirmation of your booking & a receipt. The balance is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the agreed rental period. If after you have confirmed your booking you decide to alter your arrival/departure date we will do our utmost to make the requested changes. A refundable breakages/cleaning deposit of £100 is required on payment of the final balance (receipt provided), this will be returned within 7 days of your return home providing everything is satisfactory & there hasn't been any damages/breakages. Casa del Naranjal is easily accessible from both Murcia (San Javier) & Alicante airports. Directions and key collection details will be provided upon receipt of the full rental balance. We can assist with travel arrangements for airport collection and return. You can occupy the apartment from 3pm on the day of your arrival. You will find basic provisions such as milk, bread and butter in the fridge upon your arrival and there is always plenty of tea and coffee. Should you require further items, due to a late arrival time possibly - this can be easily arranged at an extra cost. The apartment must be vacated by 10.00am on the last day of your stay and be left in a reasonably clean state. However, if you have a late flight home you may be able to stay until later in the day but this must be arranged prior to your arrival and will depend on whether there are guests moving in on the same day.
| Bedrooms: | On the 1st floor there are 3 beautifully presented bedrooms. The master en-suite bedroom is bright and airy and has a king-size wrought iron bed and a large fitted, mirrored wardrobe providing plenty of storage space. The 2 twin bedded rooms on the 1st floor also have fitted, mirrored wardrobes and a solid pine chest of drawers in each. The 2nd floor twin en-suite bedroom can be reached by either the external staircase or by the attractive wrought iron spiral staircase that leads up from the kitchen terrace. This bedroom has a free standing wardrobe and chest of drawers & is a perfect retreat with a kettle & small fridge provided.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans & for cooler nights free standing radiators are available. There are plenty of additional throws and blankets should you need them.
Bed linen & bathroom towels are provided. The master bedroom’s en-suite has a large shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and basin.
The family bathroom has a bath with over head shower with screen, bidet, toilet and basin.
The 2nd floor en-suite has a shower cubicle, toilet and basin.
Clean bath and hand towels are provided for you and replenished for guests staying longer than one week.
All guests are welcome to use the washing machine if towels require washing in the meantime.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is managed by our British friends who live in a neighbouring property. They are the keyholders & upon your arrival they will welcome you to the apartment. They are a lovely, friendly & approachable couple, who will make sure you have everything you need, answer any questions & endeavour in making sure you have a wonderful stay. We've collated an extensive information folder about the village & local area providing guests with bar/restaurant/shop locations, maps & details of local attraction etc. There is both hot & cold air conditioning in the living/dining & kitchen areas, although a refreshing breeze can be created by opening the front & back patio doors & for cooler months there's freestanding radiators & heaters. There is an easy to use secure safe. A water purifying filter for drinking water has recently been fitted. The overall floor area of the property inside & out is 200 sq.m. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PROPERTY IS ACCESSED BY 3 SHORT FLIGHTS OF STAIRS
