A top quality three bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with fully fitted kitchen. Fitted bedrooms with a large lounge/dining area all finished to a very high standard. The property offers lovely views across the communal pool to mountains behind. The apartment is situated on Alhaurin Golf course (5 mins to 1st tee and club house) and 30 mins from Malaga airport and between Alhaurin el Grande and the famous white village of Mijas (5km). The Ballesteros course is immaculately maintained and has both 9 and 18 hole courses. There is a small supermarket on site and the club house provides good and reasonably priced food. The Costa del Sol beaches are some 20 mins away whilst inland the lakes at El Choro are certainly worth visiting. Car hire is recommended to explore the area.

Coast/Beach
The Costa Del sol is easily explored from the property. Beaches at Marbella, Fuengirola, Cabopino, La Calla are all excellent, and are 20 minutes drive away.
Golf
Apartment located on Alhaurin Golf course which has both an 18 and 9 hole course. The course has been designed by Sevariano Ballestros and is a challenging course with fantastic scenery and well maintained. Clubs can be hired locally at the pro shop. There are several other first class golf courses in the vicinity.
Special interest holidays
Tennis and horse riding is available locally at the Alhaurin Golf and country club.
Travel
Malaga Airport is 30 minutes drive by car. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
The town of Alhaurin El Grande is a 10 minute drive away which has a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Mijas is a 15 minute drive away and is an excellent example of a typical white Andalusian village.

About the owner
We holiday as much as possible because of the quality, peace and stunning views. The beaches of the costa are easily reached but the pleasure is returning to the relaxing atmosphere of Alhaurin Golf. The community is welcoming - we have communal BBQs in the summer - and the pool area lovely. There are many good restaurants both formal & informal, most offer a "menu de dia" for less than 10 Euros & it's good quality. The apt. hasn't been let so far & is in excellent condition.
