Nice holiday home with 3 bedrooms and private pool surrounded by tropical trees, like oranges, lemons, lychees, avocado etc. There is a big terrace in front of the house and near the pool, a bar with a barbecue and a bread oven. Easy to find and reach without kilometers of dust tracks and only 30 min drive from Malaga.

Changeover day
Normal changeover day is Saturday, but this is flexible. Due the cleaning service, arrival is at 5pm and departure at 10am sometimes this is flexible also.

10 min drive to the nice beaches of Torre del Mar, with the beautiful boulevard with parks and playgrounds for the children. Less than 5 min drive to the Vinuela lake with his free barbecue area and fishing possibilities.

Golf
Several golf courses between from 10-30 min. From the house.

Skiing
In wintertime its possible to go to Granada for skiing.

Travel
30 min. drive from the Malaga airport where you can easily rent a car.
You also can get by bus.

Distances
Every little village has his own typical food or places of interest or musea, within 1 hour there are a lot of villages.

The nearest village is La Vinuela there are shops and a little supermarket, a pharmacy, bank, bars, restaurants and a ice salon.

Nerja with his nice caves are nearby, same as Rincon also with a cave with water.

In Torre del Mar and Velez-Malaga you can find everything wat you need, there is a very big supermarket with cinemas, restaurants, bars etc.

Further details
Theres also a nice water-park, the boulevard, a fishing and a port. Every night there's a creative market and every thurseday there's a normal market. Malaga, Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada with the Alhambra are within a easy reach for a day trip.

Nearderby there are waterparks, dolfinarium, sea life, selwo (the biggest safari park of Europe) golf courses, tivoli park, telecabine etc.

About 20 min drive into the mountains there are 2 natural parks 1 in Alcaucin and 1 in Canillas de aceituno.

Prices (per week). €650 (3 weeks or more: €570). €750 in July and August
long term stay and/or more than 6 persons: on request. In principle, bookings are from saturday to saturday. Please inform by email for availability. If available we will hold your booking for five weekdays in order for you to arrange your flight to Malagá. You confirm your booking by paying a deposit (half of the cost of your booking) into our spanish bankaccount. Deposits are non refundable.
